As I noted in December 2008, when it was first revealed that Ellison's Hajj was paid for with $13,350 from the Muslim American Society:

The Muslim Brotherhood "must understand that their work in America is a kind of grand Jihad in eliminating and destroying the Western civilization from within and "sabotaging" its miserable house by their hands and the hands of the believers so that it is eliminated and God's religion is made victorious over all other religions." -- "An Explanatory Memorandum on the General Strategic Goal for the Brotherhood in North America," by Mohamed Akram, May 19, 1991.

What does that have to do with Congressman Ellison? Everything. The Muslim American Society paid for his Hajj. And what is the Muslim American Society? The Muslim Brotherhood.

"In recent years, the U.S. Brotherhood operated under the name Muslim American Society, according to documents and interviews. One of the nation's major Islamic groups, it was incorporated in Illinois in 1993 after a contentious debate among Brotherhood members." -- Chicago Tribune, 2004.

Imagine if a conservative Congressman had taken a trip that had been paid for by a Christian group that was, according to one of its own documents, dedicated to "eliminating and destroying the Western civilization from within and 'sabotaging' its miserable house" so that Christian law would replace the U.S. Constitution. I expect we would hear more of an outcry than we are hearing about this.

But in this Star Tribune article, the controversy is all Pawlenty's opposition to the Islamic supremacist mega-mosque at Ground Zero. No one seems concerned about Ellison's connections (he has also spoken to Hamas-linked CAIR, defying a Congressional warning) or what they might say about his motivations for supporting the mega-mosque.

Rep. Keith Ellison, the first Muslim member of Congress, ripped Gov. Tim Pawlenty Friday for dumping on a proposed mosque near Ground Zero in New York City.

"I know he wants to be president really bad, and I know he's trying to appeal to the most extreme elements of his party to do that, but I hope he doesn't want to be president so bad that he's willing to dishonor the First Amendment and our heritage of religious tolerance," Ellison told the Star Tribune.

In an interview with Real Clear Politics, Pawlenty suggested that it's unpatriotic for a mosque to be built near Ground Zero.

"I'm strongly opposed to the idea of putting a mosque anywhere near Ground Zero -- I think it's inappropriate," Pawlenty said. "I believe that 3,000 of our fellow innocent citizens were killed in that area, and some ways from a patriotic standpoint, it's hallowed ground, it's sacred ground, and we should respect that. We shouldn't have images or activities that degrade or disrespect that in any way."

Ellison said that Pawlenty displayed "a profound lack of understanding" about religious tolerance, and he should apologize for his remarks.

"It's very unseemly that a Midwestern politician would try to divide New Yorkers and Americans on the basis of religion," the Minnesota Democrat said....

Indeed. Only Sharia supremacists should do that, once they have sufficient power.

Let's take, at face value, the template that the partisan political hacks spew at me. I am, according to them, anti-women's rights. Equal rights for women is no concern of mine, right? I'm the guy that came up with the name "feminazi." I'm not a friend of women's rights, they say. If that were true, I would be pushing for the mosque at Ground Zero. If I were anti-women's rights, I would be all for Sharia law. Sharia law is a not-so-stealth way to undermine women's rights in this country. It would be a perfect cause if I was who they say I am.

Anti-women's rights is a cause of the left. That's who's pushing Sharia in this country: The left. It's the left that wants a mosque at Ground Zero. It's left who thinks "America's chickensssss came home to roost" on 9/11. It's the American left that thinks we got what we deserved on 9/11. It's the American left that wants the mosque at Ground Zero. No one can be pro-women's rights and remain silent about the metastasizing cancer that Sharia law is on women's rights.

America Lost Another Battle to Islam Last Night

They were Hindus and Jews who stood tall with the families of 9/11 victims cops and firemen. They were Christians and decent Patriots who remembered the 9/11 tragedy. They wanted to preserve the landmark status of the building [41 Park] destined to be demolished to make way for the Ground Zero Mega Mosque.
The Muslims commemorate a great victory by building a Mosque at the triumph site. In this case the victory was the World Trade Center disaster. The Muslims prepare to celebrate by dancing on an American graveyard.
The Council refused landmark status to 41 Park and it looks like the Americans will slink away in disgrace and defeat.

Ground Zero Mosque Receives Funding from Dutch

One of my readers in the Netherlands filled me in on where some of the financing came from that the terror-tied Imam Rauf used to buy an historic landmark and demolish it to build an Islamic supremacist mega mosque at Ground Zero: the Christian Democrat party in Holland.

Insane.

I am sure that I can say that on behalf of the 3,75 million voters in the Netherlands for PVV (The centre-right political party from Geert Wilders) I offer you and your friends an apologies for our present christian (CDA) government.

This because they granted a million Euro ( US $ 1.290.000 ) to the American Society for Muslim Advancement (ASMA) from imam Faisal Abdur Rauf who intends to build a mosque next to the grounds of the 9/11 massacre the killed over 3000 innocent people. Don't ask me why.

Geert Wilders himself demanded today in our House of Parliament from our CDA Minister of Foreign affairs:

"Do you acknowledge that it is absurd -just at Ground Zero- to build a mosque, and that this is also an insult to (the next of kin of) the victims of 9-11? If not, why not?

So the Netherlands are aware of these building plans. But we don't understand how the US-(local) government can be so ignorant about the symbolic value for muslims to build an other house of worship to Alla, right there in front of this specific location.

Many of us are also aware of the many moslim 'enclaves' that already exist in the USA and we admire your personal efforts to stop Ground Zero to become one too.
