The Source of Arab Backwardness Part2

Egypt's Prison of Hate
BY BRET STEPHENS, WSJ

Following the New Year's Eve massacre of a score of Coptic Christian worshipers outside a church in Alexandria, Egyptians are wasting no time fingering the likely culprit.

"With careful consideration," observes commentator Ammar Ali Hassan in the independent daily Al-Masry Al-Youm, "the incident could lead to other interpretations, especially the application of the Zionist conspiracy against national unity in Egypt."

Going one better, Essam El-Irian, a senior member of the Muslim Brotherhood, says that while he believes "the Israeli Mossad was behind the incident," he won't rule out the possibility that al Qaeda itself may now be under Israeli operational ...

Hate and Slander for Profit

Introduction

BY DAN AMATO

In August, 2009 the Southern Poverty Law Center released a "Special Report" entitled "The Second Wave: Return of the Militias". In this completely fabricated conspiracy theory of a report, Mark Potok, Larry Keller and David Holthouse continue to point their fingers at legitimate American Citizens of this country - who have real concerns - and call them racists and hate-mongers.

In this "Special Report" of my own entitled "Hate and Slander for Profit: Dissecting the Southern Poverty Law Center Report" I intend to set the record straight on this piece of race-card playing, pile of lies that the SPLC continues to perpetuate in order to justify their existence.

If you have a second-grader handy, you could probably write a similar report as the SPLC has done and peddle it around as real journalism to all of the mainstream media outlets. They scarf this race dividing and hateful garbage up - and hey - they love a good conspiracy theory. They might even get some gullible, useful idiots to donate money to you thinking you're doing something good for this country and its people.

I urge all of you who are reading this to pass it on to your friends. The activities of the SPLC must be exposed for what they are. You can download a printable PDF of this full report here to hand out or spread around.

A Hungry Mob is an Angry Mob

John Maxwell, blackagendareport.com

"In Lima, Peru, relief food supplies are delivered to householders by night in order to avoid the threat of hungry mobs."

Sea level rise and global warming are both anthropogenic - caused by human activity - and famine has historically been more the result of political decisions than of crop failure. Today, American food producers and traders have besieged the Commodities Futures Trading Commission which regulates US commodity markets. According to capitalist theory, commodity markets and all other free market institutions are essential components of the equitable management of world trade, balancing supply and demand and performing a function so disinterested that it can almost be considered a public service.

The father of capitalist theory, Adam Smith, thought otherwise. While he extolled the essential fairness of the "invisible hand" he decried the inherent greed and self interest to which most businessmen were prone. According to Adam Smith:

"People of the same trade seldom meet together, even for merriment and diversion, but the conversation ends in a conspiracy against the public, or in some contrivance to raise prices." (The Wealth of Nations: Vol. 1, Book 1, Chap 10)
