Several nuclear nations have the technology to retail such devices at $20,000,000 no questions asked. The presence of these devices in Washington could affect Foreign Policy.
Extremist Muslim threats to use them have a great deal of credibility.

Paranoid Origins of Preemptive Nuclear Strikes

Many murders occur when the killer has a paranoid mind-set. He imagines the other person intends to kill him. Muslim propaganda utilizes this factor every day. They portray the west as out to destroy them. Thus, they are guiltless if they strike preemptively.
The Muslim mind equates the possession of nuclear warheads with the intent to use them. Many Muslims believe they have completed a mission just by talking about it. Every day Muslims call for the destruction of all Christians and Jews as a regular part of the prayer ritual. Augment this inculcation by 1400 years.

Nuclear Dangers from a Muslim Up-Bringing

It is impossible in our post-9/11 world to be a leader and not know what Islam means, or at very least know the hell being wreaked upon the free and not-so-free world by the warriors of Islamic jihad. And Obama has already told us which side he will be on when the lines are fully drawn: “In the wake of 9/11,” he wrote in The Audacity of Hope, “my meetings with Arab and Pakistani Americans, for example, have a more urgent quality, for the stories of detentions and FBI questioning and hard stares from neighbors have shaken their sense of security and belonging. They have been reminded that the history of immigration in this country has a dark underbelly; they need specific reassurances that their citizenship really means something, that America has learned the right lessons from the Japanese internments during World War II, and that I will stand with them should the political winds shift in an ugly direction.”[i]

In the first year of his presidency, he showed in numerous ways that he would indeed stand with them.

It must also be noted that Islamic anti-Semitism is part of the Koranic imperative. The pervasive influence of Islamic Jew-hatred cannot be ignored when assessing the impact of Barack Obama’s early life experiences upon the later trajectory of his career. If a devout Muslim prayers the obligatory five daily prayers, he will repeat the Shehadah, the first chapter of the Koran, seventeen times; that chapter concludes with prayers that Muslims generally understand as asking Allah not to make the believer like the Jews (“those who have earned Allah’s anger”) or the Christians (“those who have gone astray”). The prayers generally conclude with the dua qunoot, a prayer that Allah’s wrath would overtake infidels.

Imagine the influence that all this – inculcating contempt for Jews and Christians seventeen times a day – might have on a young mind and a future president. Troubling psychological wiring might have been set in place for a lifetime.

Humanity Loses Every Time

Fox News dictates the content and nature of debate in America. They fill the MSM airwaves with personal attacks and a mythical version of a country that never existed. The Republic vanished in 1950 and the Progressive Agenda came to a legislative halt in 1968. Most Americans have never enjoyed a day of freedom.
Outside the USA, we do not deny the right of the US to self-destruct. That is her business. It becomes our business when she sells her nuclear secrets to Pakistan, when she engages in perpetual preemptive wars that kill millions of Asians or when she fails to address the evils of slavery and the associated crimes against humanity that increase with it.
As many Americans regret the downfall of their country, the power elite promotes ways the people can let off steam. They can vilify the black President. They can organize a "grassroots" Tea Party supportive of corporate communism. They can condemn Jews as exemplars of evil.
All this has gone down before in many shapes and guises. Every time humanity loses.

American Illusions

Many Americans share illusions about the USA. They refer to the American Way in similar fashion to the "Why We Fight" propaganda of the Second World War. Every adult can recite about five percent of what he learned from the public schools. The rest of his wisdom evolves around talk on his car radio and the MSM interpretation of Fox News on his home TV. He picks up how he should treat women from late night porn movies.
The majority political faction is the Tea Party. The members agree Obama is a foreign born disciple of Karl Marx who hates white people. Fifty-three percent of them believe Sarah Palin would have been a better President.
Against this back drop it comes as no surprise the USA has lost three preemptive wars while killing 7.2 millions Asians in the bargain. The Americans devote over fifty percent of the Federal budget to slaughter past, present and future.
Based on this experience, the citizens claim they know what's best for the impoverished masses. The US pundits assert they have the keys to the Kingdom. In the Democratic tradition, the olive branch precedes the iron fist. If the peasants refuse to cheer the MIC, the cartel hegemony and the New World Order, they will disappear in a flash.

Each one of us has two Senators and one representative. Is bringing down three evil-doers too much to ask? Funding preemptive war and torture constitutes crimes against humanity and murder. If we can't catch them taking bribes, they will fall to a morals charge. To facilitate arrests, the FBI should open its investigative files for public perusal.
So long as sexual deviants don't open themselves to Federal blackmail, I have no quarrel with them.
These measures would work almost everywhere not just the USA.

Our leaders are hard put to find the enemy on a road map. They showered Vietnam with Agent Orange that returned home with our troops. We gave toxic agents to Saddam only to have the prevailing winds blow them back to our bases. We handed out 500,000 small arms to Iraqis without any record.

We put Osama on the map as an Afghan resistance leader fighting the Russians.

To finance our wars, we borrowed from the Chinese. Now, they can buy a number of US States, proclaim them as colonies to employ slave labor and sell trinkets to the white people.

In the coming election the Republicans could lose every office up for grabs.

Last month Seymour Hersh of the New Yorker reported that the Bush Administration has stepped up covert operations inside Iran. Now the Times of London, citing information from a senior Pentagon official, says that Bush backs an Israeli plan for a strike on that country's nuclear facilities:

President George W Bush has told the Israeli government that he may be prepared to approve a future military strike on Iranian nuclear facilities if negotiations with Tehran break down, according to a senior Pentagon official.

Despite the opposition of his own generals and widespread scepticism that America is ready to risk the military, political and economic consequences of an airborne strike on Iran, the president has given an "amber light" to an Israeli plan to attack Iran's main nuclear sites with long-range bombing sorties, the official told The Sunday Times.

"Amber means get on with your preparations, stand by for immediate attack and tell us when you're ready," the official said. But the Israelis have also been told that they can expect no help from American forces and will not be able to use US military bases in Iraq for logistical support.

Nor is it certain that Bush's amber light would ever turn to green without irrefutable evidence of lethal Iranian hostility. Tehran's test launches of medium-range ballistic missiles last week were seen in Washington as provocative and poorly judged, but both the Pentagon and the CIA concluded that they did not represent an immediate threat of attack against Israeli or US targets.

"It's really all down to the Israelis," the Pentagon official added. "This administration will not attack Iran. This has already been decided. But the president is really preoccupied with the nuclear threat against Israel and I know he doesn't believe that anything but force will deter Iran."

Our preemptive war in Vietnam violated our Constitution and the UN Charter. The UN nations should have declared war on the US. At the first opportunity, our Congress should have impeached, tried and executed everyone in the Lyndon Johnson Administration.
We had this duty to honor our Constitution. When we failed to execute Johnson, we stamped our flag into the dirt.
GWB was our collective punishment from God. Bush persisted in preemptive wars and did Johnson one better. He has enslaved us.

In a quest for cheap energy resources, the USA attacked Iraq leaving nearly six millions of her citizens homeless, in exile or dead.

As a consequence, the Americans have lost their Constitutional liberties and their protections under the Bill of Rights. Such are the penalties for naked aggression against a third world nation that still might throw the invaders into the sea. If God wills.

Similarly, the Arab World waged preemptive war on Israel and killed one percent of her population. Like the Iraqis, the Israelis defended their families, homes and farms. In the American fashion, the Arabs have continued their wars of aggression at the cost of their culture, their commonwealth and their future.

McCain is Bush

The Clintons say that McCain has many moderate qualities that separate him from the Bush fiasco. Have Hillary and Bill taken leave of their senses?

They pay lip service to the same pretty concepts of internationalism and democracy in order to justify endless militarism, occupation and war. They believe the "transcendent" obligation of America is to use its military force and other resources to re-make the world in our image. The Middle East is our personal playground and controlling it will consume most of our attention and energy. We should work cooperatively with other countries whenever they are willing to support our foreign adventures.

With regard to the most complex and dangerous conflicts, they even sound almost exactly alike in their simple-minded belligerence. Here was Bush's "solution" to the Israel/Hezbollah war, spat out between food bites to Tony Blair:

What they really need to do is to get Syria to get Hezbollah to stop doing this shit, and it's over.

And here was McCain's equally insightful solution to the civil war in Iraq:

One of the things I would do if I were President would be to sit the Shiites and the Sunnis down and say, "Stop the bullshit."

The American Emperor issues moronic dictates to the world's primitive peoples, and they obey -- just as has happened for the last eight years -- and thousands-year old religious and ethnic conflicts vanish and freedom and Western democracy sprout magically in their place. As Matt Welch, author of McCain: The Myth of a Maverick, said in a February speech at the Cato Institute:

[McCain's] whole career, his life, his training, his family background has been to be a member of . . . the Imperial Class; [he's] motivated by an inspiring trust of America's governance of the world; [and] he would be the most imperial-oriented President, most militaristic President, since Teddy Roosevelt, at least.”

Preemptive War is an Unlawful Act

Preemptive war is a violation of the UN Charter and of our Constitution. The guilty parties include those who promulgated it, voted to fund it or acted to obscure the wrongdoing involved.

The charges should be extended to those above a level of responsibility [GS15 for example] across the three branches of government. There is no reason for them to remain in their posts while the judicial process continues.

For their protection [from angry mobs etc] they should be incarcerated until they can be proven innocent.

I welcome any lawful program suggestions to end preemptive war as a policy alternative.

Should US Govt Workers Be Hanged for War Crimes?

In my opinion, those who ignore or cover up mass killings are just as guilty as the actual murderers.

The British Medical Journal Lancet made an effort to count the number of Iraqi civilians dying from the violence. To my knowledge, they were the only ones to maintain a consistent record.

When the number topped 600,000, a few people took notice of it for political purposes. The government took little notice of it until the Republicans lost votes on the Iraq War issue in 2006.

To their dismay, the government had nothing to dispute the Lancet figure. So, they paraded a stream of ‘experts’ to make media announcements contrary to Lancet.

Although the war protest has subsided, the government has funded at least two purely statistical surveys. They dropped the body count to 151,000 and the latest offers the estimate of 80,000.

Any statistician can arrive at any number his client wishes.

Here’s the rub.

The preemptive war waged by the Americans was illegal by any standard. It was a massive war crime a felony. Wrongful deaths occurring during a felony are murders in the first degree.

Anyone who took part in any phase of the war is a murderer deserving the death penalty.

Hanged for killing 80,000 or 1.3 millions, it really doesn’t matter.

Martial Law in 2008

For some time, the aim of several elitist groups has been to subject the American people to their will. They have established control over information spread by the public schools and by the mass media. Through lobbyists and selective bribery, they have corrupted the government in every way not to serve the interests of the citizens. They have subverted law enforcement and military personnel to suppress liberty.

They gloss over their misdeeds with old Yankee bromides and catch phrases. Preemptive wars become battles to win the hearts and minds of those yearning to be free. Torture nips terrorist activities in the bud. In times of stress, the government can bring order by confiscating weapons. Dissent is un-American.

Martial Law is the best solution for any disturbance, such as losing the 2008 elections.
