US Govt Statisticians Have Become Retarded

The total farce that is US diffusion index data continues, with the manufacturing ISM printing at 61.4 on expectations of 61.0, and compared to 60.8 previously. Contrary to what the respondents actually said (see below) there was not one adverse thing to be gleaned from the ISM data. In fact, the data is now so unbelievably ridiculous that the Employment Index came at 64.5, the highest since 1973! And this as the country sees roughly 17% in U-6 underemployment, and the number of Americans on food stamps, well over 40 million, is at an all time record. This lunatic number inspired the ISM's Ore to say that "Employment looks fantastic" even though in the next sentence he confirms that "many US companies are in a margin squeeze." Um, psychotic medications much? The US Department of Truth has now gone full retard. A slightly more credible version of reality can be gleaned from the survey responses: "A continued weak dollar is increasing the cost of components purchased overseas. It is going to force us to increase our selling prices to our customers." (Transportation Equipment) "We continue to see significant inflation across nearly every type of chemical raw material we purchase." (Chemical Products) "Our plants are working 24/7 to meet production demands." (Fabricated Metal Products) "Prices continue to rise, while business limps along at last year's pace." (Nonmetallic Mineral Products) "Overall demand is off 10 percent." (Plastics & Rubber Products) Those who wish to liquefy their frontal lobes can do so here.

South Tel-Aviv School for Refugees Wins Oscar

from the Jerusalem Post
Jubilation to be cut short though as 120 children of foreign workers, refugees still face deportation at Bialik-Rogozin school. Talkbacks (2) Filmmaker Karen Goodman was breathless speaking to The Jerusalem Post on Sunday, hours after "Strangers No More", the film she and her film-making partner Kirk Simon made about the children of foreign workers and refugees at Tel Aviv's Bialik-Rogozin school won the Academy Award for Best Documentary Short. "We've been nominated four times before, but we really had our hopes up this time for the school, Israel, and for the kids, hoping that the world would get to see the film's message." RELATED: Goodman said she hopes that following the Oscar win, "the spotlight will shine on the school and the world will see it as an example of hope and tolerance." "Strangers No More" is a 40-minute documentary that films the lives of Bialik-Rogozin's educators, in particular Principal Keren Tal and teacher Smadar Moeres, and shows the day-to-day lives of three students; Johannes from Ethiopia, Esther from South Africa, and Mohammed from Darfur. The film was shot over the course of a school year and depicts the turmoil and heartbreak faced by the children en route to Israel, and how the school has become a sort of safe haven for them in Israel . Located in south Tel Aviv, Bialik-Rogozin teaches more than 800 students from 48 countries around the world, all of them learning in classes taught in Hebrew, which serves as a sort of unifier for the children from scattered backgrounds. While the issue isn't covered in the movie, the school has become very famous in Israel over the past year, because 120 of its students face possible deportation in the wake of a cabinet decision last July. Bialik-Rogozin's 120 students are among the around 400 students nationwide who are slated to be deported. While the school is currently gripped with elation at the victory, soon enough, the issue of the impending deportations will again be center stage. The issue

Tennessee Resists Jihad not Religion

"Tennessee, like the federal government, has a compelling state interest to protect our citizens from jihad terrorism," added Representative Matheny. "The incidence of homegrown terrorism is rising and our local and state law enforcement officers are on the frontlines in preventing such attacks. Tennessee's current law addresses terrorism after the fact. This legislation aims to prevent acts of terrorism before they occur."

Open source reporting shows that between 2001 - 2008, there were one or two terror attempts per year. That number jumped in 2009 - January 2011 to one or two cases uncovered nationally per month. The lawmakers said the bill protects the right of political speech and the right of citizens to practice freedom of religion.

"This bill does not interfere with the constitutionally protected rights of those who practice Sharia religious law," added Senator Ketron. "This is not about religious rights or about those who practice Islamic beliefs. It's about protecting our citizens from acts of terrorism that come from Sharia jihad which is a growing threat in all our states."

One of the ways Political Islam manifests is jihad. To show how extensive jihad is in the Trilogy, consider that 31% of the Trilogy deals with jihad. Jihad is not just a verse or two; it is a major part of the Islamic political doctrine.
But our media shows us that they do not have any access to any expertise about Islam. There are no facts, just opinions. Fact-based reasoning does not deal with personal denigration of the opponent. Anyone who does not agree with the doctrine of ignorance as found in the media, the classroom and the pulpit is a bigot. Fact-based reasoning deals with the facts of the doctrine. However, our media “pundits” and apoligists are not able to even define Islam, much less hold a fact-based discussion.

Here is the rule: if there is no mention about the Trilogy of Koran, Sira and Hadith, then it is just another opinion and is not factual. Shouldn’t we demand that our reasoning be based on facts?
