Most countries use their armed forces to suppress human rights. These are criminal practices in defiance of the 1948 UN Universal Declaration of Human Rights. Most UN countries have ratified the Declaration, which has the force of law.
Nations that sponsor and hide human rights abusers should enforce the laws against these heinous criminals. Those countries that ignore them should be punished.
