Whatever temporary successes Muslim supremacists appear to attain, I believe the suit and other actions like this are a good thing. The Islamic supremacists are showing their hand and revealing their agenda. And thanks to their Islamic domination, Americans across the great country are waking up to the enemy in our midst. Oklahoma became the first state to pass a proposition that Shariah-based court decisions and foreign law should be banned, an idea any patriot could love. Hamas-linked is is suing Oklahoma. Why isn't Muslim Brotherhood Hamas-linked CAIR as aggressive against jihad, the slaughter of non-Muslims? Hamas-linked Muslim Brotherhood CAIR is suing Ohio to install the sharia. Why isn't CAIR fighting against the jihadists with such hate and determination? Why aren't they fighting the devout violent Muslims with such venom?

Why are they suing Oklahoma to pave the way for the sharia law? Who is funding them?

We are talking millions here. Who is funding our destruction from within? While the slaves at Politico et al are feverishly tracking down my $18 and $25 donations, they remain silent, complicit in the massive subversive funding of the supremacist groups whose stated goal is "eliminating and destroying Western civilization from within." We have seen sharia law in New Jersey. Back in July, a Muslim husband raped his wife and the judge saw no sexual assault because Islam forbids wives to refuse sex. Luckily, the appellate court overturned this decision, and a Sharia ruling by an American court has not been allowed to stand. This time. (More on that here and here.)

Imposing mandatory prayer times in union contracts on non-Muslim workers is the sharia. It must be stopped. Drip drip drip...... Sharia deceptions.

There is no place for the sharia in America. This case must be fought by the best Western minds, and won, and used as the template for all 50 states.

And Hamas-linked CAIR makes a stunning admission in its press release. Hamas-linked CAIR admits that the brutal, oppressive and radical sharia is Islam. Why call the amendment "anti-Islam"? It is anti-sharia.

Court order blocks Okla. amendment on Islamic law Breitbart

OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) - A federal judge has issued a temporary restraining order blocking a state constitutional amendment that prohibits state courts from considering international or Islamic law when deciding cases.

U.S. District Judge Vicki Miles-LaGrange ruled Monday morning in Oklahoma City following a brief hearing. It prevents the state election board from certifying the results of Tuesday's general election in which the amendment was approved by 70 percent of the voters.

The order will remain in effect until a Nov. 22 hearing on a requested preliminary injunction.

It was issued in a lawsuit filed by the executive director of the Council on American-Islamic Relations in Oklahoma. Muneer Awad said during the hearing that the law stigmatizes his religion.

CAIR-OK Executive Director Muneer Awad was interviewed today by WND senior reporter Aaron Klein on New York City's WABC 770 AM.

At one point, Awad grew so heated he accused Klein of lying and asked the blusterous question, "Do you condemn the KKK?"

The discussion began with questions about CAIR's legal challenge to a ballot initiative passed by Oklahoma voters that bans judges from using Islamic law – known as Shariah – in court decisions.

Awad argued that the voter-passed constitutional amendment is a violation of Muslims' First Amendment rights, and that "Shariah law has never been used in Oklahoma before this amendment came about."

Klein pointed out, however, that the amendment was intended to be preventative.

The United Kingdom, for example, now has 85 separate Shariah courts for Muslims that operate in parallel with the Crown courts of the nation, and one judge in New Jersey already has cited Shariah in a defense of a man accused of assaulting his wife, though the judge's decision was overturned in appeal.

"A religious law can never replace and conflict the law of our land," Awad countered. "Shariah law doesn't govern the case; Shairah law is something for the judge to consider in order to come to a ruling."

Awad insisted that Shariah is compliant with both American values and its Constitution, since the Islamic law is "dynamic" in that it changes based on circumstances, including governing law of land where implemented.
