The extradition of an alleged leader of an al-Qaida plot to bomb British and US targets was approved today. Abid Naseer is accused of a plot to bomb British targets and US authorities made the extradition request after alleging a link to a planned attack on a New York subway. US officials said the plot had been one of the most dangerous since the 9/11 attacks. Magistrates in central London approved the extradition application at a hearing at City of Westminster magistrates court but Naseer's lawyer said he would appeal. The case is now likely to go before the home secretary Theresa

Has Pamela Geller Stirred the Ground Zero Controversey?
The Huffington Post weighs in on the Ground Zero Mosque insult by ....blaming me. How original.
Of course, front and center, is Hamas linked, co-conspirator, Muslim Brotherhood front CAIR lying, smearing opining. Why didn't the Puff Ho ask Bin Laden's take as well?
Pamela Geller, 'Queen Of Muslim Bashers,' At Center Of N.Y. 'Mosque' Debate.
According to a recent Time magazine poll, 61 percent of Americans now oppose building Park51. Geller says the notion that she has single-handedly instigated the opposition is absurd.
"I think it's grossly unfair and condescending to the American people, as if they are lemmings and can't think and feel for themselves," she said in an interview. "I don't have that kind of influence."
Before she got into blogging and advocacy, Geller spent nearly a decade at the New York Daily News, starting as a financial analyst and making stops in the advertising and marketing departments. Later, Geller was associate publisher of The New York Observer for five years, she said.
Now, even Muslim groups reluctantly acknowledge Geller is front and
center in the mosque debate. "People say don't give her too much credit, she's a fringe character," said Ibrahim Hooper, a spokesman for the Council on American-Islamic Relations. "But she is a fringe character who every day is on CNN, Fox, The Washington Post, and The New York Times. She is the driving force behind the Islamic center campaign."
Some media experts doubt Geller's influence, though, and question why reporters have given her controversial views a platform. Postings on "Atlas Shrugs" have included a video suggesting Muslims have sex with goats, a doctored picture showing President Obama urinating on an American flag, and a fake image of new Supreme Court Justice Elena Kagan in Nazi garb.
Geller has also accused Obama of anti-Semitism, said that he does the bidding of "Islamic overlords," and posted an essay suggesting that the president is the love child of Malcolm X.
Geller said not everything on her website should be taken seriously. She jokingly called CNN the "Crescent News Network," after it criticized her views, and her author photo shows Geller's head on Superman's body. "The blog is my living room, my kitchen, when I'm talking to my friends," Geller said.
Muslims, however, are not amused.
"I would say that she is the queen of the Muslim bashers," said Hooper. "I see her rise and the rise of these anti-Islam hate groups going hand in hand."
Diane Winston, an expert on religion and the media at the University of Southern California, said a perfect storm of circumstances has fueled opposition to Park51 -- but the media have settled for the simplistic narrative that one woman is behind it all.
"Pamela Geller is an attractive woman and she speaks simply and you
can follow her and she gives good sound bites," Winston said. "She has definitely had an impact, but her perspective wouldn't be widely know if the mainstream media hadn't picked up on it."
Thirty years ago, before the advent of the Internet and cable news, it's doubtful the mainstream media would have given Geller any attention, Winston said. "Now, in its rush to be relevant and get an audience, the mainstream media basically whores itself out to the right wing."
Geller's groups, Stop the Islamization of America, and the Freedom Defense Initiative, have bought ads critical of Islam on public buses in New York, Miami, and San Francisco. After transit officials in Detroit refused to post the ads, Geller sued, and the litigation continues.
Geller says the ads, which carry messages like, "Fatwa on Your Head?" and "Leaving Islam?" are not intended to be anti-Muslim, but offer safe haven for people considering conversion. Geller would not say how many people have asked for the resources offered in the ads.
Geller's latest ad, which will run on buses and trains in New York, shows a plane about to crash into the World Trade Center and a rendering of the proposed Islamic cultural center.
"I have nothing against Muslims. I love people," she said. "But I am opposed to ideology that inspires violence."

Obama Backs Ground Zero Mosque at Ramadan Celebration

President Obama came out Friday evening in favor of the Islamic supremacist mega-mosque at the hallowed ground of the 9/11 attack.
Obama told the ummah (at an Iftar dinner on the third night of Ramadan) that he supports a triumphal mosque on the cherished site where Islamic jihadists attacked.
If you had any doubt who Obama stood with on 9/11, there can be no doubt in our minds now.
Right after the 9/11 attacks, Obama blamed America, just like the Islamic supremacist Ground Zero mega-mosque Imam Feisal Abdul Rauf.
Then-state Sen. Obama said: “We should also examine the foreign policies of the U.S. to make sure that we occupy the moral high ground in these conflicts. In particular, we have to examine some of the root causes of this terrorist activity.”
I believe he planned his announcement on the mosque all along. He waited until Ramadan. Symbolic.
He has now turned our Ground Zero protest on 911 into a mega-event. The very idea of a 15-story mega-mosque on that hallowed ground is indecent, offensive and outrageous.
If the Ground Zero mosque Imam Rauf and his wife Daisy Khan really wanted to “reach out” and “heal,” they would give the $120 million that they’re using to build this mosque to the first responders who are suffering from exposure to the toxic environment at Ground Zero after Muslim terrorists brought down the World Trade Center and slaughtered 3,000 Americans.
Is the President incapable of common decency?
At the Ramadan dinner, Obama echoed New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg in claiming that the mosque had to go at Ground Zero because of America’s principle of religious liberty, saying: “Muslims have the same right to practice their religion as anyone else in this country. That includes the right to build a place of worship and a community center on private property in Lower Manhattan, in accordance with local laws and ordinances. This is America, and our commitment to religious freedom must be unshakeable.”
But Obama must know that this is not about religious liberty. No one has suggested abridging the 1st Amendment to stop the mosque, and to oppose the Ground Zero mosque is not to oppose the 1st Amendment. There are hundreds of mosques in New York, thousands in America.
This is not a religious issue. This is a national security issue. And an issue of national dignity and respect for those who were murdered at that site in the name of Islam.
Rep. Peter King (R.-N.Y.) brought some moral clarity to this issue: “President Obama is wrong. It is insensitive and uncaring for the Muslim community to build a mosque in the shadow of Ground Zero. While the Muslim community has the right to build the mosque, they are abusing that right by needlessly offending so many people who have suffered so much.”
Once again, Obama puts himself directly at odds with the majority of the American people, as is his way and the hallmark of his presidency. And polls show that Americans are overwhelmingly against this mosque.

I say this through tears, I really mean it. When your job calls for you to risk everything for something enormous and you rise to the occasion to do it, you are driven by sheer passion for what you do. I saw Robert and Hannity as two forces to be reckoned with, as you have been Pamela. On the morning of 9/11, I was putting my youngest son on his bus to first grade. It was his first day since a week before on the correct first day of school, he woke up with acute appendicitis. My husband Steve a 25 year decorated fire officer with the FDNY was scheduled to work on 9/10 and 9/11. He was to leave our house at 3:00 PM to get to Williamsburg to begin the night tour. I kept on pestering him to make sure he got off however because it was my sons first day of first grade the next morning (my only son at the time) and wanted his daddy at the bus stop with video camera in hand, if he could switch his tour in time.
My husband was able to be there for the first day of first grade with my other three girls and so this was sort of a tradition. At the last minute my husband got off, switching his 24, with another firefighter. All was good. On 9/11, right after my son was on the bus, I hung around outside talking with the other moms about my sons emergency appendectomy the Tuesday before, so Steve left us and went inside.
A few minutes later as I walked into the house, I looked over at my husband who was sitting in front of the TV on the edge of our coffee table with his head in his hands. I looked up at the TV and saw the Tower on fire, my husband said in a serious tone, OMG we are under attack, and no sooner did he say that, the next plane flew into tower one. He jumped up, told me it was an "all hands" job and that his buddies are down there andso he ran out the door with barely a good bye to me. My husband came out alive, thank goodness, my son Frankies appendectomy saved his life.
Everyone who knows Steve knows, he would have been up those 90 some odd stair cases in two shakes of a lambs tail had he been with his company when all hell broke loose, arriving at GZ.
My husband (like all the brave first responders) ran into hell without a single pause of thought for his own life, his family, his safety. He knew at that point what he was running into, he didn't flinch. I screamed and cried and carried on, begging him not to leave me. I was panic stricken, I tried to block the door so he wouldn't leave me, I ran after his car as he sped out of our driveway. I knew we were under attack too. I was flipping out inside, I was having out of body experiences and panic attacks.
I didn't hear from my husband until late Wednesday or Thursday, he was in triage because building number seven came down while he was running from it. He dashed under a fire truck but he still inhaled a ton of debris. He came home Thursday afternoon with a burning fever, he had full blown Pneumonia. He returned back to GZ on Saturday morning and remained there for weeks and months on after.
All I am saying is that when you know your job is being called upon in such an emergency situation, you rise to the occasion and go into that operative mode. He did, thankfully he came home, many, many did not. Now is not the time to back down, it's time to charge in, knowing full well whats on the line, what is at risk like he did.
He didn't waiver for one second (lunatic that he is, lol) he ran as fast as he could out that door, and into the depths of hell because he is one of New York's Bravest. Pamela, Robert, even Sean Hannity did me proud yesterday, don't drop the torch, don't shy from the risks and the huge task at hand, I see a clearing, you guys are knocking down the fire, you are clearing the smoke and America is seeing what is really going on but without you, your voice, we can't keep our battle strong. I love you, you are brave and you make me proud!

I was flipping out inside, I was having out of body experiences and panic attacks.
I didn't hear from my husband until late Wednesday or Thursday, he was in triage because building number seven came down while he was running from it. He dashed under a fire truck but he still inhaled a ton of debris. He came home Thursday afternoon with a burning fever, he had full blown Pneumonia. He returned back to GZ on Saturday morning and remained there for weeks and months on after.
All I am saying is that when you know your job is being called upon in such an emergency situation, you rise to the occasion and go into that operative mode. He did, thankfully he came home, many, many did not. Now is not the time to back down, it's time to charge in, knowing full well whats on the line, what is at risk like he did.
He didn't waiver for one second (lunatic that he is, lol) he ran as fast as he could out that door, and into the depths of hell because he is one of New York's Bravest. Pamela, Robert, even Sean Hannity did me proud yesterday, don't drop the torch, don't shy from the risks and the huge task at hand, I see a clearing, you guys are knocking down the fire, you are clearing the smoke and America is seeing what is really going on but without you, your voice, we can't keep our battle strong. I love you, you are brave and you make me proud!

Terror of 9/11 Gives Way to the 9/15 Depression
The post 9/11 War Against Terror era has given way to what I call the post 9/15 Depression age. The 9/11 strategy to encircle Russia and China with hostiles failed with crushing defeats in Vietnam, Afghanistan and Iraq. The toxic asset poisoning ploy of 9/15 did not bring Russia, China and Brazil to their knees. Presently, they are the nations in the catbird seat.
The paradigms for the USA have altered radically. A Fox-approved candidate may become President in 2012. The medical insurance interests now support Coakley to keep the GOP from 41 seats in the Senate. The industry supports passage of the Health Care Bill. Wall Street has become so emboldened by success it allows the media to broadcast its control over the administration and the lawmakers. They have convinced the taxpayers the common people have no say in the government process.
As a former limousine liberal and Progressive, I realize the traditional political designations have lost their discriminating value.
The pundits and politicians are behaving as my tropical fish when I forget to add food to the tank.

Seeking Empire
Seeking empire or even hegemony in Asia is a poor idea for Americans. The continent is littered with the bones of would-be conquerors.Why do you think the Chinese fund our wars in Asia? Do they have a death wish buying up our toxic financial paper or soon-to-be-worthless treasuries?We invaded and occupied two sovereign nations to settle the 9/11 account. To this day we are not sure who did what to whom.Our world view is faulty. From the cradle we learn we are superior to other races and nationalities. Ridding our hearts of these hatreds is a monumental task maybe impossible. However, it is possible to put our demons on the back burner.As for the Mumbai tragedy, we might think before we rush to judgment. Who seeks to benefit from the atrocity?
