Obama TSA Groping 6-year-old Girls

Photos capture TSA repelling toddler terrorist threat with intrusive grope-downs of 6-year olds

How debased is a society that still has not tried the fort hood jihadi but treats six-year-old little girls like common criminals. I bet there is a pedophile wait list at the TSA.

Remember it is more important to traumatize a little girl than risk offending a jihadist.

WH Refusing to Release Major Hasan Evidence

We have been hearing for years that the White House is withholding evidence on the Fort Hood jihadi, Major Hasan. Major Hasan, also known as soldier of allah, according to his business card, mowed down 13 US soldiers while screaming allahu akbar on the Fort Hood military base in Texas in November 2009.

So where is justice? This Islamic supremacist should have been executed by now. What's the hold up? According to Hasan's lawyer, John Galligan, it is Obama. Back in November of 2010, I posted: Fort Hood Jihad: One Year Later, Obama's Cover Up

Ft soldiers

U.S. Army soldiers bow their heads in prayer for their fallen comrades during the III Corps and Fort Hood Memorial Ceremony (Nov. '09)

Fort Hood Jihad. It's a year since Major Hasan came out as a grand jihadi and slaughtered US soldiers in the largest attack on a military base on American soil in US history.

One year, and the Obama administration is still covering up the motivation behind the attack. Perhaps with the Republican force for good in Washington, we will now be able to sue the White House for information sought in a congressional investigation of last year’s rampage at the Texas military base in which 13 soldiers were killed.

[...] Obama has continued to withhold evidence in the Fort Hood jihadist attack and continues to shield the Muslim terrorist. Senators have been forced to sue the White House for information.

And a year ago (April 2010): Suing Obama -- White House Won't Release Fort Hood Evidence

What the hell is going on? Write your Congressmen. Demand justice. Where is the outrage, America?

Atlas reader Rick forwarded this following correspondence he had with Major Hasan's lawyer, John Galligan:

Fort Hood Not Insanity It's Islam

Fort Hood Jihad: It's not insanity, it's Islam

The Fort Hood jihadi, Major Hasan, has been ruled sane. D'oh. Hasan is devout, not deranged.

Alleged Fort Hood shooter ruled 'sane': source AFP

KILLEEN, Texas — The US Army psychiatrist charged with killing 13 people in a shooting spree on a Texas army base has been ruled sane and thus fit for trial, a source familiar with the case said.

The ruling by a group of medical experts, called a sanity board, opens the door for a court martial that could end in the execution of Major Nidal Hasan, who was paralyzed from the neck down during the November 5, 2009 massacre.

Neither prosecutors nor retired Army Colonel John Galligan, a veteran military lawyer representing Hasan, 40, would confirm the board's decision.

But Galligan suggested it went against his client, who worked at Fort Hood until the shooting.

"I'm not going to say what they ruled," he told AFP. "I would just say this: I don't think the report will be anything that will be an impediment to the charges from the government's perspective."

Hasan is charged with killing 13 people and wounding 32 others in a crowded Fort Hood deployment center.

Witnesses at an evidentiary hearing last year fingered Hasan as a ruthless murderer who cried out "Allahu akbar!" before gunning down troops and civilians alike.

Judge John Carter and the Fort Hood Massacre

Congressman John Carter back in April:

Yet the Obama Administration continues to deny the Fort Hood attack was terrorism, failed to grant the casualties the same status as that given casualties from the 2001 Pentagon attack, conspicuously omitted even mention of the words “radical Islamic terrorism” in the official DOD report on the shootings, and will not acknowledge the role of political-correctness in stifling whistleblower warnings of the impending attack.

Now the Administration is refusing to fully comply with a Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee subpoena that the Pentagon share documents and witnesses concerning the incident.

Senate Homeland Security Chairman Joe Lieberman (I-CT) and Ranking Minority Member Susan Collins (R-MA) issued the subpoena after the Administration refused to provide those documents on the request of the committee.

The Administration bases their denial on the argument that releasing the information might endanger their prosecution of Major Nidal Hasan.

As a state judge who presided over murder trials for 20 years before coming to Congress, that’s ludicrous. Any prosecutor who can’t win a conviction against Hasan with literally dozens of eyewitnesses doesn’t need to be a prosecutor.

House and Senate members are not convinced that the Pentagon is taking the necessary steps to provide maximum deterrance to similar attacks in the future, or to respond to the aftermath of this attack. This is why subpoenas have been issued, and why I have introduced legislation to remedy these shortcomings.

As to the specific bills I introduced this year dealing with the Fort Hood attack, no floor or committee action has yet been taken, but the text of the bills are under consideration for inclusion in this year’s Defense Authorization Act.

Today Congressman Carter issued this:

(FORT HOOD, TEXAS) – America should pause to remember those killed and wounded one year ago in the terror attack on Fort Hood, and recognize that sacrifice with a renewed commitment to assist and honor the casualties and their families, and to prevent similar future attacks, according to Congressman John Carter, who represents the Fort Hood area in the U.S. House of Representatives.

Carter, who is also Co-Chairman of the House Army Caucus and Secretary of the House Republican Conference, says the ongoing trial of Major Nidal Hasan for the Fort Hood shootings one year ago is just one of many issues still not resolved. The victims have still not received the treatment and status they deserve, the military has not acknowledged the nature and causes of the attack, and there is numerous security improvements still needed to prevent future attacks.

Carter says radical Islamic terrorism has still not been acknowledged as the cause of the Fort Hood shootings which left 14 Americans dead, and the Department of Defense must not allow political correctness to continue to skew its policies on force protection.

“It has been a year since the terror attack on Fort Hood, and DOD still refuses to even use the words ‘radical Islam’ in their report on the attack or recommendations on how to prevent future attacks,” says Carter. “That does not instill confidence in Congress that DOD is taking the necessary steps to protect our troops.”

Carter, a former Texas judge, has introduced legislation authorizing the same status for Fort Hood victims as that awarded casualties of the 9-11 attack on the Pentagon, and granting whistleblower protections to military and civilian personnel who report potential threats from radical Islamic sympathizers.

“The families of the 13 adults and one unborn child who died, along with the wounded, deserve the same treatment as we provided the Pentagon casualties,” says Carter. “Congress must not rest until these families receive what they deserve.”

Carter also introduced legislation providing “active shooter” training for all military and civilian law enforcement protecting military installations. Fort Hood officers credit the training with their success in stopping the Fort Hood shooter in an open gunfight.

Carter succeeded in passing a resolution in the House and Senate recognizing the good response of Fort Hood law enforcement and base command in responding to the attack. The rest of the Carter bills await passage as part of the pending National Defense Authorization Act.

Fort Hood Jihad: Army Officer Ordered to Destroy Evidence

This is treason. An army officer order the destruction of evidence in a jihadist attack on American soldiers? The officer should be on trial for treason. Who is looking out for Americans? We know who is looking out for the jihad in America. All Atlas Fort Hood jihad coverage here.

Fort Hood jihad: Army officer ordered destruction of video evidence Jihadwatch

Can't have a video circulating of a Muslim shouting "Allahu akbar" and murdering people, now, can we? That would be "Islamophobic"!

"Soldier says ordered to delete Fort Hood videos," by Angela K. Brown and Michael Graczyk for Associated Press, October 15 (thanks to Roland):

FORT HOOD, Texas - A soldier who recorded the terror of last year's deadly shooting rampage in Fort Hood using his cell phone was ordered by an officer to delete both videos, a military court heard Friday.

Under cross examination, Pfc. Lance Aviles told an Article 32 hearing that his noncommissioned officer ordered him to destroy the two videos on Nov. 5, the same day a gunman unleashed a volley of bullets inside a processing center at the Texas Army post.

The footage could have been used as evidence at the military hearing to decide if Maj. Nidal Hasan should stand trial in the shootings. The 40-year-old American-born Muslim has been charged with 13 counts of premeditated murder and 32 counts of attempted premeditated murder.

Twenty-nine witnesses over three days have appeared either in a courtroom or by video link. Prosecutors have not said whether they'll seek the death penalty if the case goes to trial.

Aviles described how he was waiting for medical tests at the center with his battle buddy, Pfc. Kham Xiong, when he heard someone shout. Then the gunshots began.

He said he saw a tanned, balding man wearing an Army combat uniform and carrying a black pistol.

"I saw smoke coming from the pistol," Aviles told the court.

The pair threw themselves to the floor. Aviles turned to his left to check Xiong and discovered his friend had been shot.

"His head was facing the left and a shard of his skull was sticking up," Aviles said.

Xiong, a 23-year-old father of three from St. Paul, Minn., was among the 13 who died in the attack. Aviles, the 20th person to provide testimony at the hearing, was not hurt.

Addressing the court via video link from Afghanistan, Spc. Megan Martin said she had been waiting to take medical tests when saw a man to her left stand up and shout "Allahu Akbar!" -- "God is great!" in Arabic -- then start firing a weapon...

So crippled has our military (and other branches of government) become by this self-imposed sharia (do not insult Islam), that despite the staggering loss of US soldiers, the chief concern of Army chief Casey in the bloody aftermath of the Fort Hood jihad was that "speculation could potentially heighten backlash against some of our Muslim soldiers and what happened at Fort Hood was a tragedy, but I believe it would be an even greater tragedy if our diversity becomes a casualty here."

That was the concern.

On the day of Major Hasan's mass slaughter of US troops at Fort Hood in the bloodiest act of war on a military base in US history, Major Muslim Hasan distributed Qurans and his card, calling infidels to convert to Islam before his jihad (posted at Atlas November 6, 2009 -- Major Hasan's Dawah before Jihad).

Hasan screamed "Allahu Akbar"!!! as he mowed down US soldiers at Fort Hood.
Obama has continued to withhold evidence in the Fort Hood jihadist attack and continues to shield the Muslim terrorist. Senators have been forced to sue the White House for information.

Muslim American Soldier Calls Out the Military

Muslim-American Soldier at Fort Hood Tells Al Jazeera: U.S. Army Training is ‘Propaganda Against Islam’
(CNSNews.com) - Zachari Klawonn, a Muslim U.S. Army specialist stationed at Fort Hood, Texas, told the Arabic-language television network Al Jazeera in a recent interview that training he had undergone in the U.S. military was “propaganda against Islam.” Klawonn said he was subject to harassment from fellow soldiers and from the Army command itself. A spokesman for Fort Hood told CNSNews.com that, as an American, Klawonn had a right to express his views and that he had informed his commanding officer that he was going to appear on Al-Jazeera.

US Won't Share Fort Hood Evidence with Senate

Two U.S. senators vowed on Thursday to subpoena the Obama administration next week unless it produces information sought in a congressional investigation of last year’s rampage at the Texas military base in which 13 soldiers were killed.

They said the Justice and Defense departments had until Monday to provide the information or face legal action.

Gates, speaking to reporters after attending a Caribbean security conference in Barbados, said the U.S. government had no interest in hiding information from Congress but the legal case against Major Nidal Malik Hasan had to take priority.

“Anything that does not have any impact on that prosecution, we are more than willing to share,” Gates said.

“But what’s most important is this prosecution. And we will cooperate with the committee in every way — with that single caveat, that whatever we provide doesn’t compromise the prosecution.”

Senate Homeland Security Committee Chairman Joe Lieberman, an independent, and Susan Collins, the panel’s top Republican, have been trying for months to obtain specific information about the rampage, which also left many wounded.

Responding to Gates’ statements, Lieberman and Collins said, “There are many examples for allowing Congress to interview FBI agents, even while a criminal prosecution was in progress for which they could be witnesses, so we view that argument as baseless.”

Earlier, Lieberman and Collins said their committee wanted access to documents and witnesses regarding what the FBI and Defense Department knew about Hasan before the shootings. They have rejected administration claims that the information could compromise the pending prosecution of Hasan.

Gates suggested that the Obama administration was unwilling to reconsider its position ahead of the threatened deadline.

The subpoena could be an unwanted distraction for a White House already under pressure to cut unemployment, nominate a new Supreme Court justice, pass climate change legislation and regulate the financial industry.
