This will make you all happy that Hosni Mubarak is no longer the President of Egypt. On Thursday night, 'hundreds' of Egyptians demonstrated outside the Israeli consulate in Alexandria, calling for another intifada. But this time they want to participate.

The protesters waved Palestinian flags and called to expel the Israeli ambassador and open the Rafah crossing at the border with the Gaza Strip.

Demonstrators held signs reading "Gaza, my only love", "Million of martyrs are marching to Jerusalem" and "Here we come" – written in Hebrew.

The crowds also called to launch a "third intifada" on May 15, as initially stated on the popular Facebook page, which stirred controversy in Israel.

"We came here together, young and independent people, to protest the removal of the Facebook page supporting the Palestinian intifada," said Revolution Youth Coalition member Muhammad Wafani.

"This is racist and unjust behaviour, based on pro-Israeli political views, which a website such as Facebook shouldn't have," he stated.
