Study Finds FOX viewers Most Misinformed

To perhaps nobody's surprise, a study released this week finds that Fox News viewers are the most misinformed of any news consumers.

The University of Maryland study, called "Misinformation and the 2010 Election," looked at "variations in misinformation by exposure to news sources," among other things, and specifically newspapers and news magazines (in print and online), network TV news broadcasts, NPR and PBS, Fox News, MSNBC, and CNN.

The study found that daily Fox News viewers, regardless of political party, were "significantly" more likely than non-viewers to erroneously believe that:

Official Interference and Misinformation With the Rally

Media Distortion

Our friends who were on the stage with Pamela Geller and Robert Spencer at the Stop Islamization of America rally at Ground Zero have already given us a full account, with great pictures of the speakers. But this report is about what happened in the back of the crowd and on the outskirts.

The police made my job difficult by herding the demonstrators into tight pens, restricting movement on the sidewalks, and blocking most side streets from pedestrian traffic. I don't think many people have walked that day as much as I have, taking pictures in many different places, including the opposition rally next the City Hall. I also snapped pictures of "Islamophile" infiltrators and their signs. So this should be a very informative report.

To get it out faster, I will limit my comments to a minimum. But I have to make this statement:

in that nine years later New York would see a rally demanding to build a mosque at Ground Zero? We can imagine why Muslims would want to build a mosque there, but secular members of Socialist Party USA in Che shirts? Progressivism goes a long way and takes seemingly strange turns, but it always ends up doing what it's designed to do: tearing down the American form of government.

With the rise of Islamic terrorism, progressives have been trying to include Muslims on their roster of "oppressed minorities" whom they can claim to represent. They rely in their arguments on the constitutional freedom of religion, knowing full well that Islam is not just a religion: it is also a form of government, which is totalitarian in its nature and is therefore antithetic to the American form of government. Thus, promoting Islam in America amounts to undermining America's founding principles. Subsequently, all those who want to preserve America's founding principles automatically become Islamophobic "extremists." By the same token, all leftist radicals - even if they know nothing about Islam - automatically become Islamophiles, which somehow makes them mainstream. And that is the Current Truth™.

By now everyone has seen and heard Pamela Geller defending her opposition to the Ground Zero mosque on TV and in radio interviews. But very few know the man behind the sudden surge of progressive Islamophilia at Ground Zero. The man who organized the 9-11 March of Islamophiles at Ground Zero is also the man behind the massive anti-Bush and anti-war protest rallies in the wake of 9-11 attacks. Those events were staged by professional groups, most of which had been created by him specifically for this purpose (ANSWER Coalition, etc.). He is also the man behind populating the Internet with numerous activist websites, creating the impression of a massive popular movement, which in reality is only a small, tight-knit group of fringe radicals.

Meet Ramsey Clark, former US Attorney General during the LBJ administration. This modest, unsung hero of the struggle to dismantle America's foundations doesn't make media appearances; in his line of work, shooting from the shadows is more efficient. But he did speak at the pro-mosque rally. The media described him as a guest speaker; his title of Attorney General adds credibility to the cause, doesn't it? But it wasn't in the interest of progress to inform the public that the event itself was Ramsey Clark's brainchild - and so were the hundreds of pre-printed signs distributed to the participants. If people knew that he is the one-man orchestra behind the terrible noise that has been deafening America for the last several years, it might render the whole operation less effective.

Bush Administration waited till 9/18/08 to Alert Congress

In little-noticed statements to reporters over the last few weeks, Pelosi has alleged that the Bush administration knew well in advance of its intervention that the financial crisis would hit, and that Congress would need to authorize a historic and unpopular bailout - but that top officials, including then-Treasury Secretary Henry Paulson, told her that they had been barred from briefing Congress about true extent of the crisis.

If accurate, the allegation could constitute a major indictment of the Bush administration, which may have worsened the crisis and resulting economic fallout by delaying the call for congressional action. Pelosi says the admissions from Bush administration officials that they had kept Congress in the dark came in private conversations between her and those officials in person and by phone. None of the other parties to those conversations would comment for this story. Nor is it clear if the Administration's alleged decision not to brief Congress earlier was a calculated strategy to avoid spooking the already shaky financial markets thus hastening the crisis or, as Pelosi suggests, a political calculation in advance of the 2008 presidential elections, or a combination of the two.

During her weekly press conference on April 15, a reporter asked Pelosi a seemingly innocuous question about taxes. Pelosi prefaced her response with a fairly standard litany: explaining the dire state of the U.S. economy inherited by President Obama and setting the blame at the foot of the Bush administration. But she also added this: "When [then-Senator Obama] accepted the nomination in Colorado, the [Bush] Administration had kept from the public the idea that, in a matter of weeks, the financial community would be in crisis, and we would need to pass the TARP legislation."

Obama Lust?

If President Obama had the moral fiber of Truman, he would have closed the offices of Reuters News Agency and revoked the FCC licenses of FOX and ABC. We Have Two Major Problems in the USA 1. A significant number of our leaders believe they are above the law and act accordingly. 2. Many ordinary citizens feel there is no way to bring these scoundrels to book.

The King Dined with Golden Utensils

The golden utensils assured the peasants the kingdom was solvent. To paraphrase Jack Kennedy, peace is nothing. The appearance of peace is everything.
In this case, the CIA and the Congress seek to convince they are on America's side. The CIA claims the lies and torture furthered our national interest the excesses due to bad apples. The Congressmen express surprise and shock they have been lied to for generations.
Anybody who has ever worked in a bureaucracy could have straightened them away. Any organization imitates life. It seeks to perpetuate itself. The employees become slaves to t5he organism after serving it for four or five years.
The self-styled reformers and Progressive nip at the evil-doers heels. Indulging in their fantasy of working for the common good, they spotlight the officials involved. As if their private conversations and doings had an effect on what was happening, the investigators are lucky to incarcerate one "Scooter" per disaster.
Since the employees are interchangeable, every GS/9 or higher with more than 5 years in harness should be jailed. Guilty until proven innocent is a fine motivation to tell the truth.

Obama Caught in Lustful Moment

Or Was He?

After Reuters released the photo, Matt Drudge re-titled it as "Second Stimulus Package."

Hours later The Fox Nation titled the photo "Another Stimulus?" altered eventually to the punchier "Busted?"

ABC's Jake Tapper outdid FOX with the title "When in Rome."

Media Matters Shows the Usual Liberal Inept Response

But upon looking at the video, the moment might seem to appear quite innocent -- one of those times when a picture can be misleading. The president was on a higher step and was stepping down -- so he looked down to assure his footing as the woman was walking up the stairs." He concluded: "Although: not everyone agrees. Judge for yourself."

The public has judged Obama guilty as charged by Matt Drudge. For lusting after a white woman, the President has dropped to a 56 percent popularity rating.

President Truman Fired General MacArthur

Sixty-two years of CIA brain washing and information control have made the average American a moral cipher. It is difficult for him to differentiate among a hike on the Appalachian Trail, the torture of tens of thousands of helpless prisoners and a lustful glance from a President.

Harry S. Truman suffered no such illusions. General MacArthur enjoyed international fame from his World War II conquest of the Japanese in the Pacific. Both political parties wooed him to run for the Presidency in 1952. During the Korean War, however, he desired to use the atomic bomb to neutralize the Chinese. After he persisted with this notion and it became public knowledge, he had to go.

President Truman could abide the personal affront from the General, but he had insulted the Office of the President.

If President Obama had the moral fiber of Truman, he would have closed the offices of Reuters News Agency and revoked the FCC licenses of FOX and ABC.

We Have Two Major Problems in the USA

1. A significant number of our leaders believe they are above the law and act accordingly.
2. Many ordinary citizens feel there is no way to bring these scoundrels to book.

The heads of the 15 US Agencies responsible for national security and law enforcement should investigate prominent Americans for evidence of wrong doing. If the evidence points to a strong chance for indictment, the suspect should be jailed guilty until proven innocent. The trials should be televised, as well as the executions if applicable.
Eor example, a vote against single payer or the EFCA should merit the death penalty.
Public hangings are a tonic.
