Germany Charges Muslim Seditionists

The Local: Islamic groups raided in three German cities (hat tip Sicily via IBA)
Published: 14 Dec 10 16:26 CET
German authorities on Tuesday mounted raids against two Islamist groups suspected of seeking to overthrow the government and establish a religious state, the Interior Ministry said.

The searches targeted homes and religious schools linked to Salafist jihadist group Invitation to Paradise (EZP) in the northwestern cities of Braunschweig and Mönchengladbach, and the Islamic Cultural Center Bremen (IKZB) in northern German port.

"The EZP and the IKZB are accused of opposing the constitutional order with the aim of replacing it in Germany with an Islamic religious state," the ministry said in a statement.

The raids were part of a long-running investigation against the groups and had no link to warnings of potential impending terrorist attacks issued last month by Interior Minister Thomas de Maizière, it added.

The groups reject parliamentary democracy and believe that Islamic law should replace the constitution, the ministry said.

"In a well-fortified democracy it is advisable and necessary not to wait for jihad in the form of an armed struggle before taking action against anti-constitutional groups," the ministry said.

The raids will show whether or not government suspicions about the groups can be confirmed, it added.

A security official told news agency the Associated Press that officials had searched dozens of private homes, religious schools, a small publisher, and a store owned by EZP that sells traditional caftans and veils.

Meanwhile an EZP leader in Mönchengladbach condemned the raid, the news agency said.

"We're sad about this raid, we haven't done anything illegal," Sven Lau said.

But the leader of the anti-Salafist initiative “Citizens for Mönchengladbach” told AP his group welcomed the searches.

"We are happy that the Interior Ministry moved so fast against them and hope that it won't take much longer until the group will be banned altogether," Wilfried Schultz said.

Residents in Mönchengladbach have held frequent protests against attempts to build a religious school there by the Salafist group, whose strict Islamist ideology has been linked to several terrorist plots.

Their message has been particularly appealing to young Muslim immigrants and converts, the news agency reported.

Islamic Take Over of America Methodology

Hamas-Linked Group Wants Freedom Organizations Investigated

The latest attacks on those of us fighting for freedom are on "money." The idea that counter jihad work is "profiteering" is laughable. We can barely rub two nickels together. Would I have bought 20 buses a city or 2000, if money were plentiful? Anyone doing this for money gets paid in death threats, marginalization, defamation and character assassination. It's to laugh, it's to cry.

Little Green Vomit and the Salon smearers are foaming at the mouth at yesterday's ridiculous hit piece by The Tennessean's Bob Smietana, an anti-Israel CAIR lackey. USA today had the story up yesterday but took it down because it was such biased, anti-American propaganda.

The media is all over this disgusting lie like maggots on dead flesh. I ask where is the media's investigation of the millions upon millions of dollars given by the Saudis and the Muslim Brotherhood to "Islamic charities" and Muslim Brotherhood organizations in the United States? Millions and millions of dollars funnelling into stealth groups bent on "eliminating and destroying Western civilization from within."

The smear stops here. Steve Emerson is singular. Outside the military, Steve Emerson has done more to preserve, yes save, the republic than anyone. He is doing the investigative work of a now impotent and compromised FBI and NSA.

I have no staff but there are counter jihaf organizations that do. How should they be paid? In good intentions? The Muslim Brotherhood, Hamas-linked CAIR wants an investigation. I want an investigation of the 50 million the Saudis gave to CAIR back in 2007 and that's just we know of. I want Media Matters and Think Progress and Soros investigative for funding the overthrow of America.

I want an investigation as to who is funding these lawfare lawsuits, litigation jihad, against me and my colleagues.

This is a call to harassment. Further, the real objective is to discourage the folks contributing funds to these scattered efforts to stave off the onslaught of leftist/Islamic totalitarianism. How these Islamic supremacists must laugh at their leftwing slaves.

Here's the Nazi propgandan mill's directive for today;

CAIR Asks IRS to Probe Emerson and IPT PR Newswire:

WASHINGTON, Oct. 25 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- A prominent national Muslim civil rights and advocacy organization today called on the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) to investigate allegations that Steven Emerson, one of a growing number of "self-proclaimed experts who spread hate toward Muslims," has used a non-profit "front" group to collect tax-exempt donations that are later transferred to his for-profit endeavors.

(...)

In a letter sent today to IRS Commissioner Douglas H. Shulman, CAIR wrote: "Given the evidence uncovered by the Tennessean's investigation, we believe the IRS has a duty to investigate Mr. Emerson's alleged misuse of his group's non-profit status."

A copy of the letter was sent to Rep. Sander M. Levin (MI), acting chairman of the House Committee on Ways & Means.

This. of course, is due to Bob Smietana's irresponsible allegations in The Tennessean. Emerson's Investigative Project on Terror responded here.

Subject: letter to editor from the Investigative Project on Terrorism re Sunday's story
Importance: High

Dear Editors,

I am writing to take great exception to reporter Bob Smietana’s characterization of the work done by Steve Emerson and the Investigative Project on Terrorism in today’s article, “Anti-Muslim crusaders make millions spreading fear.”

First, Mr. Smietana cites one line in our 2008 tax filings to make the unsupported implication that Steve Emerson is somehow pocketing $3,349,000 in management fees from his relationship with the Investigative Project on Terrorism Foundation. He ignores the details on page 10 of the 990 form that shows $2,373,000 of that money went to pay for program expenses, such as the high costs of conducting our research, and $1,017,000 in management and salary costs for our staff of more than 15 people.

Mr. Smietana says without attribution that we are “spreading hate.” On what information does he base that subjective, opinionated claim? Is it the Tennessean’s practice to allow reporters to make such claims without the benefit of attributing what is clearly an opinion to a named source?

The article also says IPT is “telling donors they’re in imminent danger from Muslims.” Again, what is the source for this claim? IPT’s clearly stated role is to identify potential terrorist threats, particularly those coming from people who hide their true leanings. Our track record is clear: From members of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad working at a university think tank in Florida to Hamas supporters using a charity to support terrorism, IPT has been ahead of the curve. Many of the subjects of our work are either in prison or have been deported. That speaks to our track record.

Mr. Smietana also uses loaded terms, such as “self-styled” to refer to Steve and others. Steve has reported on these issues for more than 25 years, and his work and that of IPT has been recognized by national journalism organizations. His 1994 documentary Jihad in America received a George Polk Award. If you are to refer to anyone who reports on or studies any topic as “self-styled,” wouldn’t that also refer to virtually every employee of the Tennessean? Are all of your court reporters lawyers? Do your police reporters have degrees in criminal justice?

The article implies that we say there is a blanket danger from all Muslims, and anyone who reads the site would see that’s not correct. We print articles by Muslims and do stories about Muslims who present a different point of view than the Council on American-Islamic Relations and other Islamist groups.

By saying our “tax-exempt status is facing questions,” you imply that someone other than the Tennessean and the paper’s hand-picked analysts are raising those questions. You present this as something that is already happening outside the realm of the newspaper and its talking heads. If so, what proof do you have of that?

The article also ignores what we told Mr. Smietana about the expansion of our board of directors in 2009, and that the structuring of the relationship between the foundation and SAE Productions was done to provide a layer of security for our employees. Steve has been the subject of death threats because of his work, and our organization as a whole has also been threatened. All of this was approved by our outside legal and accounting experts.

We told the IRS we were contracting out much of our work with a group that did not have tax-exempt status. That was approved. As for the for-profit or not-for-profit nature of SAE Productions, the IRS is aware of that as well. That has not been questioned. We say IPTF contracts out with SAE Productions, which files tax returns with the IRS. All of that has been disclosed.

Finally, your article has taken our limited role in the Murfreesboro story and blown it way out of proportion. We received a question from someone in Tennessee about officials at the mosque. We found that one board member had pro-Hamas writing on his MySpace page. Hamas has been designated as a terrorist organization by the federal government since 1995. The article says the Department of Homeland Security told mosque officials that they found nothing to worry about, but your sources are those officials. Also, you attempt to back up by recycling a quote from an FBI official that says they don’t comment on specific allegations. In essence, you have no primary source to back up the mosque officials’ claims.

Sincerely,
Ray Locker

Jewicidal Jihadism from the Left

Goldberg completely ignores Spencer's shredding of Goldberg and Gerecht. They never responded, they never even attempted an answer to Spencer's response to the hit piece by Goldberg and Gerecht. This is what they come back with, that I'm a Terre'blanche supporter? This is Goldberg's gutless attempt to save himself. Goldberg would have been one of those people who dressed up as a woman to get onto one of those lifeboats on the Titanic. Who gives these people jobs? Who put these people in positions of influence? We are thirsting, and they're giving us seawater to drink. Answer Spencer's charges, you weak intellectual cowards.

This is how the left operates. They lie and their quislings repeat the lie in the hopes that no one checks and they can continue to destroy all that is good and decent and right.

I never expressed support for Eugene Terre'blanche. Ever. They have nothing on me. They must create a nazi narrative out of whole cloth, in this they mimic the nazis. Same MO, same SOP.

I challenge Jeffrey Goldberg to point to one place where I ever said I supported Terre'blanche. And yet that's his headline. Liar.

Jeffrey Goldberg, something of a Jewicidal jihadist and would-be annihilationist of Israel, ignores my numerous refutations of this libel. I fiercely disagree with Terre'blanche's ideas, but I don't believe he (or anyone else) should be viciously hacked to death for their ideas by supremacists. Apparently Goldberg is a supporter of vigiliantism. I am not.

Goldberg echoes co-conspirator, Hamas linked CAIR's talking points, and steals their talking points. Surprised? Me neither. These anti-semites deserve each other.

Via Little Green Footballs, a fascinating report about the bigoted blogger Pamela Geller's fascist friends in the English Defence League. I also didn't realize that Geller was a supporter of the South African fascist Eugene Terreblanche, but it makes sense:

The genocide of Boers taking place in South Africa is never spoken of. Particularly the Boer Farmers -- it is called Plaas Moorde. In America you find little to no dialogue about the genocide of thousands of farmers in South Africa, because it's black against white. It is politically incorrect to call attention to the deaths of these human beings. And we have been taught to believe that the ANC and Nelson Mandela are the "good guys." The western media has made all whites in South Africa out to be racist monsters. This is simply not the case, and I would remind people that one of the steps to genocide is to dehumanize the target -- dehumanize the Boer. What is happening in South Africa against the White population is a crime against humanity. Savage. And no one will speak of it.

It is of course comforting to know that Geller is ecumenical in her racism: She fears bloodthirsty Muslims and savage blacks in equal measure

Every post on South Africa, every one that I have ever written, makes clear that I reject apartheid and white supremacism. The bottom line is, no one deserves to die like that -- white, black, whatever.

And as far as the EDL goes, the English Defence League came onto the scene after the grotesque attack on returning British soldiers by Muslims in Luton. (More here.) Anyone with an ounce of decency would stand with the EDL. They are accused of having neo-Nazis and racists in their ranks, but actually they expel anyone who manifests such tendencies; they have Hindus and Sikhs among their ranks, and even boast a Jewish Division.

Attacks on the West, the Jews, and unbelievers in general are ongoing and relentless; yet no media or political elites dare to speak about the open Jew-hatred and calls for genocide at the pro-Palestinian rallies in Europe and America against Operation Cast Lead in January 2009. Instead, the media focuses on EDL rallies, concentrating on rumors and fringe characters who attach themselves to the group before being expelled. The media never covers the actual speeches, positions, and people of the EDL. They hold the EDL to an impossible standard, while holding the Muslims and Leftists to no standard at all: no matter how barbaric the Left’s rallies get, the media covers for them.

Confessions of an American Traitor

Samir Khan: ""I am a traitor to America because my religion requires me to be. We pledge to wage jihad for the rest of our lives until either we implant Islam all over the world or meet our Lord as bearers of Islam."

Another one of the FBI's midunderstanding of a misunderstander of the Islam .Back in October 2007, I posted about Samir Khan, North Carolina Muslim who was blogging Al Qaeda in the good ole USA. Samir Khan befriended members of the Islamic Thinkers Society, a well known group that promotes violence, issues death threats to folks like me and Spencer and producers of South Park. More on this enemy in our midst here. Khan was Muslim, proud and vocal.

Check this out, back in October 2007 the NY Times reported - "Public concern rose a notch .....when The New York Times reported that one of the most popular English-language sites was run by a 21-year-old Qaeda enthusiast named Samir Khan from his parents’ home in North Carolina. Mr. Khan has done so since late 2005, unchallenged by law enforcement authorities"

Al-Qaeda Magazine Interviews “Proud” Traitor INN

(Israelnationalnews.com) Al-Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula (AQAP) released on Monday the second issue of its English-language magazine called Inspire. The 74-page edition features an article by a 24 year-old former resident of North Carolina and New York City named Samir Khan.

The Middle East Media Research Institute (MEMRI) released excerpts from the interview on its website Monday. The cover page of the article, entitled "I Am Proud To Be a Traitor to America”, states that the article will tell "the story of the Muslim American jihadi Samir Khan. After working a few years in the jihad media sector in America, he packed his bags and left for Yemen to help the mujahidin. This is an account of how he happily became a traitor to America and why he chose to make such a decision."

Some notable excerpts from Samir Khan's story as quoted by both MEMRI and Fox News are: "I am a traitor to America because my religion requires me to be. We pledge to wage jihad for the rest of our lives until either we implant Islam all over the world or meet our Lord as bearers of Islam."

Khan describes himself as "Al-Qaeda to the core" and praises Osama bin Laden, calling him "leader of this global fight" against the West. He also criticizes the US for what he calls "kill[ing] millions of Muslims around the world" and "get[ting] away with it wearing a tuxedo." The article also describes how Khan become a devout Muslim and "could no longer reside in America as a compliant citizen."

Khan also talks about traveling to Yemen and mocks the FBI for spying on him, saying that it was them who allowed him to leave the US. He discusses what it feels like "to officially become a traitor" and states he is "prepared to make sacrifices."

Muslim Death Threats as a Matter of Policy

Ok, let's recap. Wali ur-Rehman, a senior Taliban commander, recently issued a direct threat against the Netherlands and the Dutch people. (here)

"The Dutch government is on a dangerous course," he was quoted on Friday, October 1, in the Dutch TV program RTL4 News. "Therefore, we will teach them a lesson and they will pay a price because of recent anti-Islam laws." A direct threat to stage terrorist attacks in Holland. Obviously, Taliban terrorist leaders are following closely what is happening both in Europe and Holland.

Free speech is insulting. No free speech. Do not insult Islam. Do not reveal the truth about Islam. No historical accuracy or context.

Check!

The ummah gets offended if you draw Muhammad. Embassies are burned, people are slaughtered because of innocuous little cartoonist renderings. Brutal assassination attempts on made on the lives of Kurt Westergaard and Lars Vilks. American cartoonist Molly Norris must go into witness protection, change her name, her home, her life at her expense. No drawings of Moe.

Check!

Controversial radical Imam wants to build a 15-story mega mosque on a site destroyed by the 911 attacks and iconically name it Cordoba House. The American people and free men across the world express outrage, grief and pain and request the mega mosque be moved. The West is warned by the radical imam that if the 15-story mega mosque is not built, we will be attacked by the devout, by the jihad. The radical imam is standing between us and "the extremists." Ground Zero mega mosque mocking, taunting the greatest loss on American soil in our considerable history must be built.

Check!

The United States is attacked in the name of Islam on September 11, 2001. Almost 3,000 good souls are mercilessly slaughtered, the last words they hear, 'allahu akbar.' America goes in to Afghanistan and Iraq to begin to fight this scourge. Defense of nation is "creating more jihadis." No self defense.

Check!

Let me know if you want me to go on. Don't get me started on Islamic anti-semitism and their annihilationist dreams of wiping the Jewish people off the map.

Mosques and Treason and Sedition Against the USA

Islam’s political documents and law call for the overthrow of our Constitution and our man-made laws, and therefore for the overthrow of our government, which by definition constitutes sedition and treason. The Islamic documents call for the overthrow of our government—a protector of religious freedom and human rights—through violence:

“I was ordered to fight all men until they say ‘there is no god but Allah.’” —Muhammad’s farewell address, 632

“I have been ordered to fight with the people till they say, ‘None has the right to be worshipped but Allah.’” —Hadith Sahih Bukhari 4:52:196 Narrated Abu Huraira

“He who fights so that Allah’s Word (Islam) should be superior, then he fights in Allah’s cause.” —Hadith Sahih Bukhari 1:3:125 Narrated Abu Musa

“I asked the Prophet [Muhammad], ‘What is the best deed?’ He replied, ‘To believe in Allah and to fight for His Cause.’” —Hadith Sahih Bukhari 3:46:694 Narrated Abu Dhar

“And fight them till there is no more affliction (i.e. no more worshiping of others along with Allah)”. —Hadith Sahih Bukhari 6:60:40 Narrated Nafi’

“Soon shall We cast terror into the hearts of the Unbelievers.” —Quran 3.151

“I am with you: give firmness to the Believers: I will instill terror into the hearts of the Unbelievers: smite ye above their necks and smite all their finger-tips off them.” —Quran 8:12

“Against them make ready your strength to the utmost of your power, including steeds of war, to strike terror into (the hearts of) the enemies, of Allah and your enemies, and others besides, whom ye may not know, but whom Allah doth know.” —Quran 8:60

The Quran, as the constitution of Islam and Muslims, is diametrically opposite to the United States Constitution and Bill of Rights. According to Islam and Muslims, the Quran is divine law, uncorrupted and incorruptible, whereas the United States Constitution is man-made and is not infallible, and therefore is corrupt. The U.S. Constitution is the antithesis of the Quran; therefore Muslims have no obligation to obey it.

A mosque in the United States is a command and control center of a foreign political and military state that seeks the overthrow of our government, and an Imam in a mosque is a political and military representative of a foreign state that calls for the overthrow of the United States.

The laws of the United States provide specific criminal penalties for sedition and treason. These laws are not only applicable to those advocating and calling for the overthrow of our Constitution and our government; they are applicable to anyone who gives “aid or comfort” to such declared enemies of the United States, or who “organizes or helps or attempts to organize any society, group, or assembly of persons” so engaged. The terms “organizes” and “organize” extend to “the recruiting of new members, the forming of new units, and the regrouping or expansion of existing clubs, classes, and other units of such society, group, or assembly of persons.”

Mosques are just such units.

The Difference between Politics and Sedition

The administration may see a connection. But it’s a big leap from that to the president saying, “Let the Iranians have the bomb, because I don’t like what the Israeli government is doing about the Palestinian conflict.” It’s inconceivable.
Relationship with US
It’s very important; there’s no question about it. But the independence of the state of Israel is more important. To Israelis, anyway.
Now, the issues of settlements in Judea and Samaria, of Israel’s ability to defend itself, and of the conditions under which it can reach an accommodation with the Palestinians are of vital importance to the state of Israel. So I would expect that, if Israel and the U.S. are unable to resolve the disagreement on these issues, the US would defer to the Israeli point of view. But clearly that is not the position of this administration.
Moishe Ahrens
Hossein Askari believes that the Obama administration could impose sanctions on Iran that would bring the regime down within a year if it wanted to. The problem is that Obama doesn't want to bring down Iran's clerical regime.
Few banks would choose Iran over the US and any that did would charge so much to do business with Iranians that regime insiders would have a heart attack!
Cutting off the central bank and all Iranian financial institutions would basically increase the cost of Iranian imports because Tehran could not use letters of credit—instead, it would either have to resort to cash, literally in suitcases, to buy what it needs or rely on barter. The cost of trade would soar in time, crippling the Iranian economy and demonizing the regime.
The Obama administration could spark a panic by motivating Iranians, as well as expatriates residing in the United States and overseas, to liquidate their assets in Iran and to withdraw their money from the country.

Sedition: Crime of creating a revolt, disturbance, or violence against lawful civil authority with the intent to cause its overthrow or destruction -- Brittanica Concise Dictionary
When the indictments against the Hutaree were unsealed last week, the S-word was right there, front and center, in Count One. The Justice Department accused them of "seditious conspiracy," charging that the defendants "did knowingly conspire, confederate, and agree with each other and other persons known and unknown...to levy war against the United States, and to prevent, hinder, and delay by force the execution of any United States law."
This is very serious stuff. But the Hutaree are getting nailed for sedition only because they crossed the line with inches to spare. They're by no means the only ones. Advocating, encouraging, and sanctioning sedition is the new norm on the conservative side.
We saw it again last Thursday, when the Guardians of the Free Republics -- a Sovereign Citizen group that believes that the oath of office taken by state governors is invalid under their twisted Bizarroland interpretation of the Constitution -- sent letters to most or all sitting state governors telling them to either a) take what they consider to be a legitimate oath of office; b) stand down; or c) or be removed "non-violently" within three days. The FBI, rightly, regards this as a potentially seditious threat against the governors.
These two events are a wake-up call for progressives. They're telling us that it's time to openly confront the fact that conservatives have spent the past 40 years systematically delegitimizing the very idea of US government.

Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse Early Favorites

Why Haven't the Dems Prosecuted the Evil Doers?

In 2006 the Republicans underestimated the extent of public discontent. They rigged the voting machines to gain a maginal win. The scheme backfired when Democrats voted in record numbers.

The Dems wasted a golden opportunity to fill the jails with seditionists, war profiteers and criminals against humanity. Instead, the Dems pandered shamelessly to the GOP ilk. All of them came up dirty.

The people have opted for a visit from the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse. Happy Trails, Jim!

Economic Liberty

“Economic liberty is embodied in the practice of
free-enterprise capitalism, which functions best if largely unconstrained by
government taxation and regulation.”

This is a lofty statement. If all the components described
the American reality, our nation would be in fine shape. Unfortunately, none of
this describes the conditions on the ground so to speak.

Corporate America
controls 99% of the government and of the media. The idea is to strip the
ordinary citizens of their Constitutional and human rights so they have no way
to redress grievances. Through Federal control of the school curriculum, they
have dummied down the population to be unaware of the rights they once had and
of the duties involved in maintaining liberty.

Law enforcement and judicial officials do not serve and
protect the people. Rather, they work to suppress free expression by
dissidents, whistle blowers and other rowdies who seek liberty and justice for
all.

Deregulation has set loose a collection of robber barons,
organized thieves and seditionists to degrade the populace and to loot the
public treasury.

Very few enterprises are competitive and none of them allow
the free movement of labor, capital and the factors of production.

Dressing up negative campaign ads with quotes from the
founding fathers won’t benefit anyone.

The Activist Base Ignores Endemic Problems

Most of us cringe when we learn that more human beings are enslaved today than in former times. We know how to eradicate the slave trade, but we lack the will to proceed.
In no special order, I list problems unaddressed. They include sale of nuclear secrets to the highest bidder, government-run trafficking in drugs and human beings, torture, corporate use of slave labor, abduction across international borders and human rights abuse.
Generally, these violations can not occur without the co-operation of the authorities. The culprits thrive in federal, state and local governments throughout the world. Any talk of reform or revolution is premature. The first step is to define and to publicize the problems. It should not be left to a handful of whistle blowers to risk their lives to shed light on these matters.
All of us should stand with them.

John McCain Scuttles the Armed Forces

Brandon Friedman of vetvoice.com details the atrocity

“Yesterday VoteVets.org delivered a petition with 30,000 signatures to the office of Senator John McCain. Through that petition, we asked him to support Senator Jim Webb's new GI Bill. And less than 24 hours later, we have an answer:

"Sen. John McCain, R-Ariz., the presumptive Republican presidential nominee, seemed to give a thumbs down to bipartisan legislation that would greatly expand educational benefits for members of the military returning from Iraq and Afghanistan under the GI Bill...."

The reason for McCain's refusal to support the bill is about the most disturbing rationale one could imagine....Officials in charge of Pentagon personnel worry that a more generous and expansive GI Bill would create an incentive for troops to get out of the military and go to college.”

Some things are so vile and contemptible there is no response to them.

Many years ago I attended a lecture given by Simon Wiesenthal the famous Nazi hunter. Somebody handed out picture postcards. Depicted was an SS Officer posing for the camera his right foot on the neck of a prisoner.

An older man in the audience rose to ask Wiesenthal for one name with an address.

Today, I recalled the emotion with which he spoke.

Seeking Justice

God gave us a Bible worthy of study for thousands of years. Still, we have many scholars who kidnap children and urge the government to wage preemptive war.
We have the Internet to relate the 1798 Alien and Sedition Acts to the McCarran Act and to the present HR1955.
We all know what happens when we elect despots with visions of Empire.
We lack not for information, but for the moral courage to seek justice.
