The idiocy. Yesterday, Imam Rauf and Daisy the Khan held an "I am a Muslim, too" protest against Representative King's investigative hearings on "radicalization." Shouldn't the Muslim community be behind such efforts? Of course all Muslim aren't terrorists, but almost all terrorists are Muslim, so would it not stand to reason that they would be gung ho to root out the bad apples?

Congressman King is the bad guy, but the jihadis get a free pass? Why aren't these groups joining the fight against Islamic jihad? Whose side are they on?

It is unfortunate that Representative King caved to many of the Muslim Brotherhood-linked groups' demands. Steve Emerson, Robert Spencer, Ayaan Hirsi Ali, won't be called to testify but the MB Congresman Keith Ellison will. And still the Islamic Supremacists are demanding complete submisssion. It's the nature of the beast.

Rauf’s own website, CordobaInitiative.org, states: “Hamas is both a political movement and a terrorist organization.

Hamas is a genocidal organization. Rauf calls them a political organization. The first paragraph of the Hamas charter calls for the annihilation of Israel. Hamas has refused to change that or to recognize Israel's right to exist.

The principles of the Hamas are stated in their Covenant or Charter, given in full below. Following are highlights.

Did radical Rauf denounce that? No. He is a silver-tongued snake-oil salesman, and he's got the enemedia in his back pocket.

He is such a liar. The building was destroyed in the 911 attacks. That building is Ground Zero. "Members of his mosque were among those who were victims..." What tripe. A new morphing meme, part of the protean morphing mosque narrative. The horror is that the few Muslims who died in that attack are considered shaheeds in Islam -- dying in the act of jihad. That is their tragic fact -- who knows if they were pious Muslims and believed that, too? The idea that Rauf keeps separating the few Muslim victims out from the the thousands dead speaks volumes as to how he sees "us" and "them." He is an Islamic supremacist.

Park 51 critics like Palin who take Rauf’s words out of context are using the community center for political gain. Just like the Democrats last week who could not point to a single example of Tea Partiers exhorting violence of the type we saw in Tucson.

BAYONNE - The imam who wants to build a cultural center near Ground Zero has a follow-up court date in Bayonne in February.

Representatives of Feisal A. Rauf appeared in Bayonne Municipal Court yesterday to deal with fines the imam has been assessed by the City of Union City for code violations at a property he owns in Union City.

Apparently he couldn't be bothered again to show up to address his obligations to the people living in those slums. Too busy being a man of peace, one supposes.

After a 20-minute conference with both sides, Bayonne Municipal Court Judge Frank Carpenter said the case would be heard at 9:30 a.m. on Feb. 2.

Carpenter added that a number of pertinent documents from a Superior Court trial had not yet been received by Bayonne Prosecutor Robert Hennessey or the imam's lawyer, Tomas Espinosa.

The case was transferred to Bayonne to avoid any appearance of a conflict of interest, officials said.

Union City sued Sage Development, the company owned by Rauf, over the violations that were discovered in September at 2206 Central Ave., a 16-unit building.

The building was placed in the city's receivership from Nov. 9 to Dec. 9 - long enough for Union City officials to collect a month's rent from the tenants and make the necessary repairs, Union City officials said.

Union City is seeking to enforce fines on 24 summonses, mostly dealing with a hot water heater and bed bug infestations found in the 16-unit building.

The fine for each violation can be as high as $2,000....

This is an outrageous statement (among many). Daisy Khan and Imam Rauf intend to float public debt to raise the money for the Ground Zero mega mosque (more here). Daisy Khan and her husband Imam Rauf have been ripping off the taxpayers for decades. They are being sued by Union City. Daisy and Rauf took millions of taxpayer monies -- they snagged more than $2 million in public financing to renovate low-income apartments. Rauf kept the money and never made the repairs. He took the money and forced good people to live with vermin and dilapidation.

They are unfit.

Rauf and his wife, Daisy the Con, listed their one-bedroom apartment as a mosque in order to conduct what amounts to tax fraud. Rauf got the wildly valuable tax-exempt status for his Muslim organization after deceiving the IRS. He claimed that as many as 500 of its members prayed in that tiny one bedroom apartment (also listed as Daisy's residence). Rauf sought "church status" -- to avoid paying taxes.

But this? This will not happen.

During the past month, Imam Yusuf al-Qaradawi, spiritual guide to the Muslim Brotherhood, has called on Muslims to acquire nuclear weapons "to terrorize their enemies." He also boycotted an interfaith meeting with Jews on grounds he believes they support murdering Muslims in Palestine, and he additionally said Muslims are permitted to kill Israeli women because they serve in the army.

This continues Qaradawi's long-established support of violent jihad. But despite this record, he has been embraced as a "moderate" Muslim by his defenders in the West and the Arab world. In a September interview, former London Mayor Ken Livingstone said "the fact that Sheikh Qaradawi has been banned [from Britain] is a disgrace; he is one of the leading progressive voices in the Muslim world." Livingstone blamed "a huge smear campaign organized by Zionists."

In America, John Esposito, a religious scholar who is close to the Brotherhood, has called Qaradawi a supporter of a "reformist interpretation of Islam and its relationship to democracy, pluralism and human rights." The Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) and prominent Islamists like Tariq Ramadan, grandson of Muslim Brotherhood founder Hasan al-Banna, have expressed similar sentiments about Qaradawi.

Barrie Osborne, producer of Hollywood blockbusters like The Lord of the Rings and The Matrix, has hired Qaradawi as a consultant for a movie about the Prophet Mohammed. Last month, Qaradawi was given a medal for public service by King Abdullah of Jordan.

Qaradawi has won these awards despite a long record of anti-Semitism and advocating violence against purported enemies of islam. Consider the following examples:

* In an interview last month with Al-Jazeera's Arabic-language service, Qaradawi was asked if Muslims should try to get atomic weapons "to terrorize their enemies." Qaradawi replied that this goal would be permissible, saying he was "happy" to learn that Pakistan had such a nuclear weapon to defend itself. Qaradawi explained that that was the meaning of Koranic verses urging Muslims "to terrorize thereby the enemy of God and your enemy."

Support for Iran and Muslim rights to possess nuclear technology have been recurring themes for Qaradawi.

"It is obligatory on all Muslims to resist any possible attack the US might launch against Iran," Qaradawi said in a 2007 interview. "The U.S. is an enemy of Islam that has already declared war on Islam under the disguise of war on terrorism and provides Israel with unlimited support."

It was wrong to deny Iran the right to ostensibly peaceful nuclear technology so long as the United States and Israel had nuclear weapons, he said.

* Last month, Qaradawi boycotted the 8th Doha International Center for Interfaith Dialogue conference in Qatar, saying he opposes discourse with Jews on principle.

"How can we conduct a dialogue in a time when they seize lands, shed blood, burn farms, and demolish houses? Palestine's conundrum has to be resolved first before we sit together at the same table," he said.

A source close to Qaradawi told the Egyptian newspaper al-Masry al-Youm that the imam does not oppose talking to Jews because of their religious affiliation, noting that he has met with representatives of the anti-Zionist Neturai Karta, an organization seen here attending a Holocaust-denial conference staged by Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad.

The Neturai Karta are Jews who reject the principles of Zionism and the occupation of Muslim lands, although "the majority of Jews at present are with the actions of murder in Palestine," the source said in explaining Qaradawi's willingness to talk to the group.

* In a recorded address last month to a Hamas-organized parley in Gaza, Qaradawi said Palestinians must continue violence against Israel.

Celeb Imam Goes into Receivorship

UNION CITY - After months of Union City vying for custodial receivership of Imam Feisal Rauf’s property on Central Avenue, Superior Court Judge Olivieri, in a teleconference Nov. 9 with Union City’s attorney and Rauf’s attorney, has granted receivership with “restrictions” to custodial receiver Raymond Bulin, according to Union City spokesman Mark Albiez.

Rauf is the Muslim cleric at the center of the controversy over the proposal to build an Islamic cultural center and mosque near the former World Trade Center site.

The teleconference was the next step after Olivieri received the city’s final inspection report Oct. 22 based upon a final inspection by the city Oct. 21 that revealed fire, building, and health code violations remained at 2206 Central Ave. In the report, the city again called for receivership on the basis of continued failure to remedy violations by the specified deadlines.

Bulin has not been granted full management of the building, but has been tasked with abating the remaining violations, such as uncapped sewer lines and bedbug infestation. A $7,000 check, money from October rent payments held in escrow from Rauf’s attorney, will pay for the repairs.

YouTube has yanked videos featuring calls by Yemen-based radical Muslim cleric Anwar al-Awlaqi for a holy war, The New York Times reported.

The American-born Awlaqi has been cited as a catalyst for terrorist attacks and was charged Tuesday in absentia in Yemen with incitement to kill foreigners under the banner of Al-Qaeda.

The move by Yemeni prosecutors came several days after parcel bombs destined for Chicago were traced to suspected jihadists in Yemen.

Removal of some of Awlaqi's hundreds of videos at YouTube follows complaints from American and British officials, according the Times.[...]

Awlaqi, a citizen of both Yemen and the United States, has appeared in more than 700 YouTube videos that have logged a combined total of 3.5 million views, according to the congressman.

"We're now looking into the new videos that have been raised with us and will remove all those which break our rules," said a spokesperson for YouTube, which received complaints about Awlaqi videos from several members of Congress.

"We will continue to remove all content that incites violence according to our policies. Material of a purely religious nature will remain on the site."

YouTube reviews snippets based on complaints and then removes those violating its terms of service.

Mayor Bloomberg and Feisal Abdul Rauf, the imam behind the hugely controversial Ground Zero mosque, were all smiles last night as they posed with lefty blogger Arianna Huffington, who anointed them both "Game Changers."

They were among the guests Huffington hosted at the Skylight Studio in SoHo at her party honoring "100 innovators, visionaries and leaders."

If one picture is worth a thousand words, this one -- the first of the three of them together -- raises at least as many questions.

Reporters were kept far away from the guests, so no one knows what Bloomberg, the imam and the blogger may have whispered about.

But the mayor has long been one of the biggest supporters of the imam's mosque, despite the fact that a great many of his constituents -- and the vast majority of the nation -- are vehemently opposed, and there's no evidence to think that either he or Rauf changed their games when it came to that. Bloomberg did not mention the mosque in his speech, his reps said. He was invited to speak about gun control -- and that's all he talked about in his public presentation.

Bill O'Reilly had Deepak Chopra on 'The O'Reilly Factor' (weekdays, 8PM ET) Tuesday, and during a discussion about O'Reilly's role in the Ground Zero Mosque controversy, Chopra revealed that he knew Daisy Khan, wife of Ground Zero mosque Imam Feisal Abdul Rauf.

O'Reilly had message for Chopra to deliver to Rauf through Khan:

"You tell him this. All Imam Rauf and his crew have to do is say 'we're going to dedicate this mosque -- community center -- to peace. And we are going to condemn what happened here on 9/11,"' O'Reilly stipulated. "(Then) I'll get a hammer and help them down there."

"I'm telling you, they're prepared to do that," Chopra responded.

As it stands, O'Reilly has tasked Chopra with bringing Imam Rauf onto 'The Factor,' where Rauf will presumably do his condemning, and then O'Reilly will presumably make plans to do his building.

Will this happen? Who knows. But there is no doubt O'Reilly is milking the whole Ground Zero Mosque thing for every last drop.


He doesn't know Rauf has done it already.
Now he will have to help build the mosque.
I can see the happy press conference where Bill takes a spade and does the groundbreaking, and makes a speech praising Rauf and moderate Islam..........

Just when we thought the Bill O'Reilly-View dust-up might be dying down comes a statement from Feisal Rauf, imam of the Cordoba House at Park51, site of the proposed mosque two blocks away from Ground Zero in New York.

"Bill O'Reilly's remarks about Islam on The View were not helpful to the cause of mutual trust and understanding and only served to further fuel an irrational fear of Islam," says Rauf. "We all have a right to express our opinions. But we also have a responsibility to do so in a civil and respectful fashion."

He adds, "If future generations are to live in a safe and peaceful world, we must break the cycle of misunderstanding and mistrust that encourages extremism here and around the world. Mr. O'Reilly's uninformed comments were offensive, not only to his interviewers, but also to millions of American Muslims."

The larger building has been vacant since Feb. 8, 2008, when a fire broke out there, one year after the city says it issued 12 separate fire code violations that Rauf ignored."

Look what's crawling out from under the Rauf. Without his Albright resume and subdued dhimmedia running interference, it is plain as day that this hustler is a lowlife. He has been exposed on Atlas as a rat and vermin slumlord whose tenants live without basic services like hot water. He scammed New Jersey politicians and got taxpayer dollars for rehabilitation of his infested, dilapidated buildings in Union City and Palisades Park, but still his victimized tenants live in squalor. So where's the money?

And his financier, Hisham Elzanaty, was a large funder of Hamas (exposed in the Holy Land terror funding trial) while defrauding medicare out of hundreds of thousands of dollars.

"Church status" is more than just an exemption -- it means never having to pay taxes, file returns or reveal the sources of a congregation's money or how it's spent, according to the Washington-based Investigative Project on Terrorism, which discovered the group's startling claims on the IRS form it filed seeking the special status.

What a grifter. And he intends to the use public (you and me, the filthy kaffir) funds for his victory mosque.

A lawsuit filed by Union City charges that the landlord of two apartment buildings has repeatedly failed to address complaints by tenants and orders by the city on issues ranging from moldy bathrooms to fire hazards.

The suit, filed today in state Superior Court in Jersey City, identifies Rauf as the sole officer of Sage Development LLC, a company based at his home address in North Bergen and listed as the owner of the two buildings. The suit also alleges that Sage’s corporate status was revoked by the state in March 2005, for its failure to file annual reports.

The buildings occupy the same lot at 226 Central Ave., one containing 32 apartments and the other 16. The larger building has been vacant since Feb. 8, 2008, when a fire broke out there, one year after the city says it issued 12 separate fire code violations that Rauf ignored.

Rather than addressing the violations after the fire, the city says Rauf boarded up the building, barring residents from their apartments. A spokesman for Mayor Brian Stack said he could not immediately say what had become of the displaced families.

"He’s a terrible landlord who’s unresponsive to the residents who live in his building," said the spokesman, Mark Albiez. "City officials and inspectors have reached out to him to express the urgency in correcting problems in his buildings, and it’s unfortunate that it’s gotten to this point, but it’s our responsibility to insure that residents receive the care that is needed."

Repeated calls to Rauf’s home telephone were met with a busy signal. No number was listed for Sage Development.

Late tonight, no one answered the doorbell at Rauf's North Bergen residence.

Apart from the fire-related issues, the lawsuit says the landlord ignored dozen of complaints from tenants about various other problems in the two buildings during the past two decades.

The suit seeks to place the buildings into receivership, in which a court-appointed receiver would collect rents directly from tenants and use the money to make necessary repairs and address hazards, pay delinquent utility bills and settle fines imposed by the city.

"From 1996 to 2010, the city responded to no less than thirty complaints from tenants predicated upon various health and safety concerns, including lack of heat, mold inside apartments, garbage issues, bed bugs, foul odors, dirty hallways and the lack of utilities/heat," the lawsuit states.

Feisal Abdul Rauf is the well-known author, activist and imam of the Masjid al-Farah. Rauf and his wife, Daisy Khan, have been at the center of the international controversy over plans to develop a proposed Islamic Center and mosque two blocks from the World Trade Center site.

Opponents have criticized the plans as insensitive to victims of the 2001 terrorist attacks, perpetrated by Islamic extremists who hijacked commercial planes and flew them into the twin towers.

Defenders of the Islamic center plan, which has been approved by New York City authorities, say religious freedom is a constitutional right and a cornerstone of America’s founding principles.

Albiez said the suit was unrelated to the mosque controversy.

"We can only speak to local circumstances. This city’s only in a position to talk about what happens in Union City, and assuring that the residents are looked after," Albiez said. "I think the recent stories have brought Union City into the picture recently, just because of his properties in Union City."

Last week, The Record reported that Rauf received more than $2 million in public money to renovate low-income apartments he owns in Hudson County, including those mentioned in today’s lawsuit, after winning support for the projects from officials, including the disgraced former County Executive Robert C. Janiszewski, and U.S. Sen. Bob Menendez, who was mayor of Union City at the time.

The Record also reported that Rauf had ties to local waterfront developer Fred Daibes, and was sued by a Daibes associate who had charged the imam with mortgage fraud in 2008, a suit that was settled in June.

Using her willing leftwing shills Keith Undershtupper and Think Progress, Daisy Khan said that "we do not want to take away from the solemn day of 9/11. Our Center is not about 9/11." Really? Why then did Daisy say back in May that the Cordoba Mosque "groundbreaking would coincide with the 10th anniversary of the attacks"? And back on July 23rd, she told the Washington Post, "there is a 'divine hand' in the Ground Zero mosque project," "the building came to us"...it "will be symbolic."

The media is so in the tank for these Islamic supremacists they can say what they want, at any time, no matter how dishonest, with no accountability, and be confident that their shills will report it as fact.

Ground Zero Imam's Wife: "We Do Want To Take Away From the Solemn Day Of 9/11"

"We do not want to take away from the solemn day of 9/11. Our Center is not about 9/11, the Quran is not about 9/11, we wish to commemorate 9/11 with prayers for the families of the victims," Daisy Khan, wife of Imam Rauf, told Think Progress.

"We reject any comparison to what we are prepared to build in NY and what Pastor was ready to destroy in Florida," Klan added.

Khan said there was no deal made between the mosque and Pastor Terry Jones of a church that plans to burn Qurans on September 11th.

The Pastor responded to the "sensitivity" issue and withdrew.

9/11 Remembrance Rally is not Political

The AP is reporting that "9/11 politicized by mosque, Quran controversies." This story was brought to you by the fiction writers in the mainstream media.

First, ours is not a political rally. We are coming to pay our respects to those beloved Americans lost on 911 and to stand against the Islamic supremacist mosque. The left protests in their ugly fashion at Ground Zero every year. Every year the left hold political rallies of the ugliest stripe. And there has never been so much as one drop of ink written about it. But if patriots intend to gather, the media is in full spin mode.

Secondly, the media created the qu'ran story. The media created the firestorm. The Ground Zero mosque story, on the other hand, came largely to the fore outside the mainstream media. The people drove that story and forced the media to cover it and the politicians to take a stand. The mosque is the people's story. The provocative act of Pastor Jones and his tiny congregation was made a national story by the national media to incite the rhetoric and conflate the Ground Zero mega mosque opposition with incendiary book burning. As I have said, the burning of books is wrong in principle: the antidote to bad speech is not censorship or book-burning, but more speech. Open discussion. Give-and-take. And the truth will out. There is no justification for burning books. If Americans are free and not under Sharia, then the church can do this if it wants, and their freedom and rights should be protected. Islamic supremacists should not be allowed a victory for their violent intimidation -- if these people want to burn a book, they're free to do so. More of my position of the qu'ran burning here.

Fresh off his US taxpayer funded [fund raising] tour of the Middle East, Imam Rauf held command over the mainstream media. He rolled out with his unchallenged oped piece in this morning's NY Times ("We are proceeding with the community center, Cordoba House"), and followed it up with his not so veiled threats against America on Larry King. Soledad O'Brien did the interview on King's moribund show. You remember Soledad, she called demagogue racebaiter Reverend Jeremiah Wright's speech a "homerun." Rauf was given free run of the joint on the Crescent News Network tonight.

Rauf said more than once that the issue about what to do with the mosque is important for national security. Imam Bridge Builder warns us numerous times that the 15 story Islamic supremacist mega mosque at Ground Zero is now a "national security issue."

"If we don't do this right, anger will explode in the Muslim world," Rauf said. "... If we don't handle this crisis correctly, it could become something very dangerous indeed."

This crisis could become much bigger than the Danish Cartoon crisis which resulted in attacks on Danish embassies in various parts of the Muslim world [and hundreds of non-Muslims were slaughtered]

The danish cartoon jihad was a crisis manufactured by the OIC (Organization of the Islamic Conference) months after the Danish cartoons had actually run in order to impose the sharia/blasphemy laws on the non-Muslim world. Now it has become the operational threat template for Islamic supremacism.

He said moving the project to another location would strengthen Islamist radicals' ability to recruit followers and will increase violence against Americans.

This is based on the false assumption that they are fighting us because we are doing things they don't like. Actually they are fighting us because of imperatives within the Islamic faith. They will never like us unless we convert to Islam or submit to Islamic rule. If we stop doing things they dislike, where will we draw the line? How far will Sharia advance in the U.S., with Americans afraid to stop its advance for fear of offending Muslims and stirring them up to violence? The Muslim Students Association is already pushing for halal cafeterias, segregated dorms, segregated gym facilities on campus. This is incompatible with American freedom. Where do we draw the line? And when did America decide to surrender in installments? Has America so "fundamentally changed" that we cave to jihadist bullies or threats made by Peter Lorre-ish imams with delusions of establishing the caliphate on the Hudson?

He said again that if he knew ahead of time the controversy this would create, he wouldn't have made the plans to build the center at the currently planned site. Liar. He loves it. Rauf's contempt for us oozes from his every enlarged pore.
Abdur-Rahman Muhammad said that Rauf will become the most powerful Muslim leader in the world and enshrine the divinity of the 911 attacks in the Muslim ummah.

Four Jews Murdered in Arab Terror Attack Near Hevron Arutz Sheva

Terrorists murdered four Jewish civilians in a shooting attack at the Bani Naim junction just south of Hevron Tuesday evening. Emergency service paramedics could do nothing to save the victims whose bodeis were riddled with numerous bullets. The terrorists reportedly made sure their victims were dead by shooting them from close range after the initial fusillade.

According to report on Channel 2 television, the victims are two couples, and one of them is a pregnant woman. The IDF is combing the area, searching for the terrorists.

Initial reports said one of the victims had a license for a firearm that was suspended shortly before the attack.

Hamas and Fatah are blaming each other for the terror attack.

Towards the Universal Caliphate

One might think that Imam Feisal was merely showing off to the Arab media: the braggadocio of a conceited megalomaniacal man with delusions of grandeur -- so grand, in fact, that he intends to build of mega mosque on the thousands of graves of innocent Americans slaughtered in the largest Islamic attack (or any attack for that matter) on American soil.

But it is not braggadocio. In audio tapes I am currently reviewing, Imam Rauf's power reach is at the highest levels imaginable. He is a grand jihadist, a master classman, operating at the apex of power. The "blueprint" Imam Rauf refers to, is essentially the US MUSLIM ENGAGEMENT -- Changing the Course", This is a large-scale effort by the US government to open areas of cooperation (dhimmitude) with the Islamic world in the political, cultural and economic spheres.
